You said that the Texans haven’t played an offensive juggernaut all year long. Obviously they did so on the road against the Rams with a healthy Adams and Nacua; who put up some very solid numbers against that defense

Kuhr and Vrabel will figure it out on defense.

McDaniels and Marrone will be ready for them on offense.
 
DVOA has Seahawks 1 and Texans 2 also.
How will I see in 6 days? Are Patriots playing the Seahawks and the Texans back to back?

Seattle has played two games against a top 5 offense. They gave up an average of 29 points per game in those matchups.

Texans happened to face those exact same matchups … they gave up an average of 14 points.

29 vs 14. Hmm.
 
They also played Buffalo, who, *checks notes* had the 2nd most points scored in the NFL.

We're not talking about offenses in general.
 
It gets tiring when I'm responding to 2 posters who are quoting me but they haven't read the post they're quoting.

What are we doing here?

I know, "USERS DON'T READ" but when it is a short sentence that says, "Houston has not faced a top passing offense since the first game of the season," why in the world would you then respond by saying, "They played the Rams [in the first game of the season]" or, "They played the Bills [who are the top rushing team]"?

Read the simple sentence, please.

While I've acknowledged the Texans pass rush should be taken seriously, many defenses in today's game aren't that impressive given they are beating up on a lot of incompetent offenses and coaches. Teleport them into eras 10-20 years ago and they are getting bullied. The light in the ass fronts with two LB's and an extra DB won't work. Young people are getting gaslit by stats that you've provided and believe these are once in a generation defense.

Take an individual player like Myles Garrett. He's by far the best and most feared edge rusher in the game, but Reggie White had 21 sacks in 12 games. It took Michael Strahan 16 games and Brett Favre to give him the record setting sack and now Garrett 17 games. White played in peak eras while today's game is a far cry from what guy's like myself in their early 40's and above saw many years ago.
 
I mean neither were the Eagles last year and look how they managed to rape the Chiefs’ o-line and Mahomes in the Super Bowl.

Someone here said it that the game comes down to the trenches.

For a Pats fan to not know the greatest rb in the history of the franchise is very suspect

BTW, Just wanted to clarify something about my post calling you a clown- it had nothing to do with you predicting a Houston win. I don't agree but everyone's entitled to an opinion.
No, its because you were kissing the ****-crusted ass of Greencow, who is a Bills troll and a dumb one at that.
I don't like calling any Pats fans names but when I saw your post kissing his butt, I had to respond.
 
The Bills are the only franchise to lose 4 Super Bowls in a row, and win their division 5 years in a row without a Super Bowl appearance. The loser of the Super Bowl should get the Jim Kelly Trophy.
