Yeah you can't make it up. I was in my early 20s so I just dealt with it but it was tough. If that **** happened to me now I probably would have hired an attorney and had a different outcome. Couldn't afford it then. Glad your attorney got you the better outcome lolwhoa. dont **** with pennsylvania.
i literally did not renew my license in time. got caught. not once. twice. second time they "taught me a lesson". towed my car. had to go to court court, not traffic court but court court with a judge, prosecutor and rusty the bailiff and everything. case dismissed the day of the hearing by showing the prosecutor a valid license. attorney earned the money that day.
The plate cover alone is enough to stop someone in RI. Cant have one that obscures the plate. They profiled him and had enough for a pretextual stop.
Police officer for 25 years....its true in Va and I suspect in most states. That true? gonna ask a buddy how that **** works.
worst age to have that **** happen... to old to ask for help, too young to actually know what to do... get abused by "the man" just due to inexperience.Yeah you can't make it up. Tent law is very different from state to state. Also keep in mind it doesn't matter what state your car is registered in its the state your driving in that it must be in compliance with.Totally off-topic, but I see so many cars driving around New York with these super crazy tinted windows, and I thought that was illegal? Did the law change or did I just imagine there was a law against that
Huh... well Ponch, your highways suck. too much traffic. and whats the deal with banning radar detectors... that **** ain't fair...Police officer for 25 years....its true in Va and I suspect in most states.
Bars close in Providence at 1 am... coincidence? I think not...1AM.
That's pretty late out there in Pilgrim/Puritan land.
WTAF
I want to give Mayo a chance but it sure seems like there is no adult supervision over there.
I have wrote a couple thousand radar tickets in my day. The technology is so rapidly changing Lidar is replacing radar across the country. It shoots a laser and what ever car you hit on you instantly get its speed, its much easier to get a specific car in a group. So radar detectors aren't what they once were.Huh... well Ponch, your highways suck. too much traffic. and whats the deal with banning radar detectors... that **** ain't fair...
lol, just havin' some fun
yeah, back in the day Cobra ruled the roads... but now? when you are set up, I know where you are a half mile before i can see you... waze ftw... better than any radar detector ever made... just gotta keep an eye out for the roamers... but with all the cameras out there, pretty soon traffic enforcement will go by the way side... it will be all automated and we will just get tickets randomly in the mail... not here yet, but the money is just too lucrative for the pols to pass up, so you know its coming...I have wrote a couple thousand radar tickets in my day. No, driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license and obscuring your players is. He also had tinted windows, so I guess the racist cops have X-ray vision. There is no racism among cops in providence and Boston. They are just following the law.
During while black after midnight is serious offense.
Camera speed and red light violations have been happening down here in the DMV for several years, big brother is always watchingyeah, back in the day Cobra ruled the roads... but now? when you are set up, I know where you are a half mile before i can see you... waze ftw... better than any radar detector ever made... just gotta keep an eye out for the roamers... but with all the cameras out there, pretty soon traffic enforcement will go by the way side... it will be all automated and we will just get tickets randomly in the mail... not here yet, but the money is just too lucrative for the pols to pass up, so you know its coming...
and just between you and me... no one else will know... Quotas - real? Yes/No ?
No clue what happened but traffic violations and pot don't prevent racismI don't get the racism charge by barmore. He covered his plates so they wouldn't be picked by cameras, registration is expired and i think i read he had pot in his car. Its pretty blatant law breaking, racism has nothing to do with it.
Agree. They looking to play real cops up in Providence.you have got to be kidding me...
play stupid games, win stupid prizes... and with first hand experience, i can say the providence police love playing that game...
That true ? That a new law in these parts ?Weed in the vehicle will now warrant drug testing.
