To me ... a non story then and a non story now ... yawn.
A couple reasons I could guess. Word went out fast someone of notoriety was stopped and they were being nosey, slow night so everyone stops by to see whets going on (very common). Having a back up is good, even having two given the size of Barmore is good. Having 8 is pointless and would hinder the ability for anything to be consensual in the investigation. Overkill, waste of time and not good to have your entire shift all on a traffic stop.Maybe I missed it by why do you need 8 eight officers for a traffic stop?
8 officers are there if I had 8 officers there I would be upset too
