You brought Welker and Butler into the conversation as examples of Belichick's discipline. As you said, they were drastic moves and they also ended up being total failures without any benefit that I see. From what I'm hearing Mayo is going to bench Stevenson this week for his fumbling. We'll see if he does.That's not how discipline works it's not a game by game thing either you hold your guys accountable or you don't. There is obviously way more that goes into this then just benching (that's more of a drastic move that's just obviously very visible to us).
As for the game what do you think? I had a very low score ready for this week but I changed my prediction. I think Miami is going to be better than we think and the Pats may be worse on offense.
