It took almost to the end of the first slate of games in the third week, but we finally have a passing TD by a rookie QB.

I haven't really been focusing on that game. But I do know the Steelers' defense is awesome. I think their offensive performance could be more about the Chargers' defense though.

Herbert and Bosa had to leave the game. I think it was still tied at the point Herbert went out.

Not expecting much different from Pittsburgh once the season commences and the going gets tough.

My hope is they do just good enough to give fields a big extension

Possibly. I would hate for Maye's sake and this class' sake that the first passing TD from this rookie class was from a back up coming in during garbage time and scoring a meaningless TD. I want Maye's first TD to count and be as a starter.

He's been looking horrible the last several weeks. Can't move.

We were killing the Patriots all last year for not taking him, but I don't think Dawand Jones is long for professional football.
