I still think they can win this gamewell there goes my survivor pick. Tampa is letting me down !
Now let's see what's next for Flores. Does he get another job? Does he turn them around? Does he hook up with a quality offensive mind like Charlie Weis to run the offense?
You had me until "quality offensive mind like Charlie Weis".Brian Flores is on a Bill Belichick trajectory.
1. Played college football for a New England school
2. Started his coaching career in the NFL by washing dirty laundry and getting coffee.
3. Became defensive position coach before being elevated to DC for Super Bowl winning defenses.
4. Took his first coaching job with a pathetic franchise with an owner whose decisions tanked the season.
5. Turned on the favorite QB of the local fans and ended up being hated for it.
6. Was fired then became the DC for two different teams where he promptly turned around both of those teams' defensive fortunes.
7. Was proven right in his assessment of the starting QB when he was the coach.
The only difference is that Belichick actually lead the Browns to a playoff victory.

He’s going to be the best QB drafted this year and it won’t be close.Wow, Denver is up 17-7 over the Buccaneers. Nix - so far - is 18/22 for 169 yards. Wouldn't have expected that.
