Yes, because that's how the NFL works. It looks for ways to award the New England Patriots extra draft picks.Do the Patriots get the Dolphins First round pick in 2023?

Oh wow. I’m a Brady hater ? I love the player. Guilty as charged thinking he’s a weirdo in real life (as is BB who is another I’m a fan of).Start a petition. You've already got @dreighver, @farn, @patsfan13 & @DaBruinz that will sign it. You guys will be instant twitter celebrities as the Patsfans that petitioned the NFL to have Tom Brady suspended. LMFAO
Or if Brady doesn’t throw a pick 6 to Rowe.12-4 season isn't tanking and was a defensive stop away from getting a bye
Another pats fan pissed that Brady doesn't answer his correspondence. LMAOCertainly disposes of the question of obligatory fan loyalty to Tommy. He couldn't give a crap about Patriots fans.
Poor baby. Keep it coming guys, this is triggering gold. LmaoLike i've been saying for the past two years, Brady cares about Brady. He doesn't care about the guy wearing his jersey or trying to get his autograph or anyone else.
Because it was all BS, a wet dream by someone in the MIA FO. It would've taken both NO & TB to agree. He was gone. There really is no real explanation.
The only thing tainted is your genetic pool. There are companies that will fire you if they find out you're looking for another job. Because they don't want you to "taint the well".
And the NFL isn't the "real world". They have a closed system. That's been the players argument numerous times during CBA discussions.
Unfortunately for Tom, this will taint his legacy even more and there will be people who supported him that will step back and review his actions in "DeflateGate" with more scrutiny.
He's a Nationals, Capitals & UV basketball fan. Though he's been known to hang in the Colts forum. LMAONot hockey season yet Timmy. And I've been a Patriots fan since the 84 when I was a kid. When did you jump the band wagon? Which SB was it? What other teams do you support? The Yankees, Lakers?

Sounds like he’s from the Washington area but jumped the Pats bandwagon cause the Skins have sucked since he started watching football. Poor little Timmy. He's a Nationals, Capitals & UV basketball fan. Though he's been known to hang in the Colts forum. LMAO
Don't You have a picture of BB to satisfy yourself with?
Nah, this was timed with the Watson suspension. Goodell sounds indignant about the tampering because he buried the real issue of tanking. Goodell is a pos. This is all orchestrated. The NFL is fining and banning the owners of the Dolphins for tampering with Tom Brady. It wasn't like they were just playing spin the Bo Schembechler in South Beach over mojitos.
These guys violated NFL rules to an extent that shocked Roger Goodell. I get it. It wasn't as bad as Deflategate or Spygate, but it drew this from Goodell: ""The investigators found tampering violations of unprecedented scope and severity. I know of no prior instance of a team violating the prohibition on tampering with both a HC and star player."
That's all fine and dandy, except for the part the Bucs release him. It was never going to happen. It was all a pipe dream at the MIA dysfunctional FO.I think you actually explained in your response why it was a bad look. Flores accused the Dolphins of using him as an Uncle Tom to meet a quota, and the moment the team was good again they’d dump him for another (presumably white) coach, and specifically Sean Payton. If the Dolphins actually sign Sean Payton and trade for Brady’s rights / sign him after Brady gets Tampa to release him from him contract, then it plays out exactly as Flores predicted ahead of time - potentially adding legitimacy to his claim in the public’s eye. Instead, the Dolphins stop all pursuit of both…. And then they hire a mixed-race coach who looks white, such that the Dolphins then publicly exclaim that it’s someone of color. Which has the impact of deflating Flores’ claims since they replaced him with another person of color. I think it’s pretty clear that the Flores situation made the Dolphins change their plans. Should they have? That’s a different question, but it’s quite clear that they did.
AHAHAHAHAHAHA
Interesting point of view.
Is tanking itself really that detrimental to the game? It's pretty much a given in the NBA, people just accept that it goes on and cope with it. Fans still go to NBA games knowing that the team is tanking because it gives them a hope that there's a chance for a turnaround in the future. It even makes sense logically: if we suck we get better draft picks so we can rebuild. With the NFL, some teams just suck decade after decade and they offer their fans no hope at all. They go to games just because it's a social event.
Paying a coach to tank is an ugly look, but just an extension of the above. It's also a sign of a clumsy owner. If you want to tank, fire Flores and hire a coach that is cool with tanking, or get someone so incompetent or inexperienced that tanking will happen all on its own, like the Jete do year after year.
Poaching a player from another team IMO is a bigger problem. I get it, Toamy's future with the Pats was coming to an end so it's not a great example of poaching, but still, if you don't nip it in the bud we can see how players and agents would soon be doing all kinds of ugly stuff that would negatively impact competitive balance.
