OT: Official 2021 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Porksley getting blasted on Other games thread. What a loser. Lmao Do you ever stop whining about the Bucs? You find a way to derail every weekly-other-NFL-games into about. You've mentioned them twice in this thread already without anyone bringing them up. It's borderline spam at this point.

yeah, a real “blasting.” Why didn’t you @ me, coward? And you still haven’t answered my earlier question - how many more touchdowns will Godwin get this year? After all, you were the one who said this season is very similar to last season for your Bucs…

Without Brady the Patriots have a new head coach probably by 2003 and Bill is seen as a failed head coach and probably doesn’t sniff that position again. Probably resumes his career as a DC somewhere else.
Given that coaching contracts are guaranteed, I think Bob cuts the cord if they weren’t a playoff team after the 2003 season so Bob would eat the final two years. I’m assuming Bill’s initial contract was for 5 years.
and without Bill, Tom is selling insurance at his dad’s company
So if that’s true, why couldn’t Bill make it work with the newly signed $100M QB? Because that’s what he was brought in to do. How did a no name 6th round pick eventually take his job with pedestrian skill players? And out of all the QB’s Bill drafted, only Matt Cassell/Jimmy G and is Jones have had some success. Neither of them are on the same planet as Tom Brady but all coached by Bill.

By the way, Tom Brady’s nemesis at Michigan Drew Henson made the worst business decision by an athlete of all time. He was the consensus best QB coming out of college football If declaring for the draft for consecutive years until he bailed for a baseball career. He would’ve been the Texans first pick in 2002.

Well, Bucs are going to need the Rams to drop a game otherwise it’s the 4 seed unless the Cowboys choke somewhere along the way.

They got the 49ers still and they're probably going to need to win out

Ive been spending a ton of time on the ESPN playoff machine and in the most likely scenarios the 49ers will be locked into the 6th seed win or lose in week 18, meaning they’ll sit everyone.

Even with the loss on Thursday?

Yep. UNLESS the 49ers lose to the Texans next week. Which, come on.

So either the Rams have to lose at home to the Vikings without Cook or on the road at the Ravens or they will finish ahead of the Bucs. Meanwhile the Cowboys face the WFT, Cards, and Eagles coming up. If they win all 3 they’ll also finish ahead of the Bucs because it’ll be a 3 way tiebreaker scenario.

Bucs are kind of in trouble despite looking at a freaking 13-4 record because all 4 losses were in the conference.

I think they can beat the Cards as the 4th seed it's the Rams I'm worried about

if eagles and saints win next 2 (which is possible), 49ers outside looking in going into week 18

Brady needs to focus on winning the division. Once that's done, they can rest and get healthy. Whomever they have to face, they'll deal with. It is what it is.

If they’re the 4th seed it’s the divisional round in Green Bay for them unless the Cowboys or Rams are upset.

Lol not only does the troll come in here to detail the thread all the time, but now this piece of **** scum is mocking a dude tearing his ACL because he’s on Brady’s team. that super bowl win last year really hurt you

Arians is resting everyone for the post season. Smart.

JPP is too banged up in general. He doesn’t have much left to give anymore. Thankfully he’s a FA this coming offseason.

I know some of you are confident they will win the next 3 and maybe the last game was simply because the Saints are in TB's heads, but I think they are going to get beat by CAR in 1 game and limp into the playoffs. NO was good and physical but they couldn't do ANYTHING. Something better change.

They still could have beaten NO if they had adjusted better to the realities.

Bucs offense has the attitude since the beginning of the season of, I have Gronk, AB, Godwin, Evans, Fournette, and the MVP. We can do whatever we want.

With only Gronk, AB, and probably no longer the MVP. They have to be smart. If they need to rest Evans for the playoff, they should. If they need to run 30 times. Then do it.

With my limited X&Os knowledge I do agree with you but I don't know how easy to change schemes on the dime. They have very little creativity and they just flat out beat you. AB will have to be full force or I don't see anything different this game. They aren't going to score 30 and everyone they play wants to obliterate them.
