(PHOTO: Bob DeChiara - USA TODAY Sports) On Tuesday morning, New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman broke his social media silence since the news of his season ending ACL injury with a thank you message to Patriots fans for all their love and support.
Sharing a note from his phone over Instagram and Twitter, Edelman promised to “approach this rehab process the only way I know how, with everything I have, to make sure I come back stronger than ever” and concluded with “tough times don’t last, tough people do.”
