You forgot ownership, gm, and HC In the biggest weaknesses.

Excellent post, I was about to say the exact same thing.

Fyi, the oline should be much improved.

Big upgrades at LG and RT.

Biggest weaknesses now are CB, TE, and likely kicker.

Last year they were a historically bad team. They were close to becoming the very worst team of all-time based on point differential before getting into the garbage time portion of the schedule.

They had virtually no strengths. None of their units played adequately. As bad a Sam Darnold is at quarterback, many teams in NFL history have had much worse quarterbacks and were still better overall than the Jets.

Their biggest weaknesses? They haven't proven to have a non-big weakness anywhere.

JF79 is..as I've said before but let me re-iterate...he's Roman nuts...N-V-T-S....why you would invest your fandom in a certain "Days Of Our Lives" soap opera dominated by this whackjob mommy and her spoiled little brat son is far beyond my understanding. Can you NOT see the derailing train wreck headed for YOU, Jete fan?

What I see is this great franchise returning to greatness again...

To be fair, the dline was very good (and even improved more now).

But yeah... bad coach/scheme, disgraceful oline, laughable WRs... equates to what occurred last season.

I'm disappointed ya left out the fanbase too.

No, you are not "disappointed," you're being sarcastic. But undoubtedly, the fish rots from the head down to the tail and the Jete fan base is bottom-barrel. I remember from my last visit there the parking lot attendants were clueless idiots and stadium security didn't take their jobs seriously.

Then there's the concessions area -- a new low in moronic "food service" ...

Jees... Can't get one past you.

too bad your O linemen never learned that...

Call me crazy or stupid (as you normally will), but I'm finally fairly confident in the oline now.

And no, I haven't been for years. It's been my biggest gripe about the Jets.

Even the QB is not more important than the oline. JD did well imo this offseason.

Is that link from "fry-electronics"?

C'mon man.

Whoever sponsors it is irrelevant. You're wrong about the Jete OL and Douglas; also, things have been oddly quiet re. Messy Bacon's foot injury.

Quiet is good.

However, Lawson on pace for 100 sacks in camp vs him is not.

Hmmmm the Stella Cider costs a dollar more than the burger. Makes you wonder….

to call it cider they had to use real apple juice; what could possibly the burger be made of …….“Soylent Green“?

that would maybe fit for the franchise.

I think Farn was wishing him a tantalizingly ALMOST good QB who is disastrously non-supported by his franchise‘s teambuilding so that he gets crushed by injuries due to a seive OL, but even so remains just good enough to keep them in near contention but not go anywhere until he breaks down and retires. In short the franchise history of the Jete redux for an 8-10 year period.

Welp….

Welp….

The correct spelling is "whelp."

whelp
/(h)welp/
noun
  • 1. a puppy.

And the little mongrel won't even remove his stupid headband for a press conference. He threw two interceptions vs. the porous Jete defense. Imagine what will happen against a REAL NFL defense.
