Just saw the Cowboys convoy pulling in:

Since sanu probably should rest his ankle, we need to bb to resign brown!

Will the Pats make the Cowboys wear their blue jersey's?

I’d normally say yes, but it’s pretty deep into the fall and it’s cold out, so they may not make a big deal out of it this time around.

Sanu has been durable as all heck, played in 15 or more games each season since 2013, then suffers a potential multi week injury in his 3rd game as a patriot. Makes perfect sense

The concept of being injury prone is just a narrative device people use to connect unrelated injuries in a high speed, brutal collision sport to form a some kind of story.

The only section where I can see some relevance to it are players who repeatedly have soft tissue injuries. But broken bones, ACLs, achilles & co. are just a randomly distributed consequence of all the punishment their bodies take. Sometimes you are half a second early or too late and someone shreds your knee.

I know this, just found it such an [un]funny coincidence

.......... I believe that we will find something that works (IMO, it should be a no huddle spread formation to get White/Harry/Meyers on a slow safety or a LB...and just run draws out of the shotgun...we still can pick up 5-6 yards on draws to burn clock here and there)........

....and let's not forget for a second that Vander Esche has been ruled out for Dallas tomorrow. That's huge and straight to your point there.

.

Probably. Good news is that Sanu seems to be giving it a shot, and Dorsett as well. Still holding out hope...

I'm going to think that both are out tomorrow......and would be happily surprised if one of them can go. The history of Patriots injuries seems to be to expect the worst for gameday decisions (but probably best long-term wise).

.

Remember when Brady said he had all the answers to the test? Think he'll get an A Sunday? I mean, he should, right - he's got all the answers...

There ya go again. Why the snark on Brady?

It will be a Sony Michel/James White day tomorrow...

Not sure who is favored with the Cowboys having the flu, Van Der Esche injury, and our guys banged up...

D better play lights out....can’t imagine O scoring much ....thank the lord we are at home

Yup we will see if this D is a contender or a pretender.

If the Patriots lose this game at home against the Cowgirls, I'm prepared to go full Kontra circa 2018, and say Pats don't make the SB. They obviously make the playoffs, may even get a bye, but won't make it out of divisional or CG.

The total lack of good offensive weapons will do this team in, despite the excellent defense the team possesses. Pats passing (ypa) is at #20, their running game (ypc) is tied with the Jete at #30. That's right, with the Jete! They only beat the Lolphins. Pathetic.

This would be a shame because during the preaseason the team had the potential of having great depth at WR, though it lacked TE depth. Losing both FBs (how does that happen), 1.5 OL starters, and subpar running has made the team one dimensional and predictable in the passing game.

I'm still picking them to win on Sunday, but it will be ugly. Hoping things start clicking somehow.

I suspect 3 TE sets tomorrow with Lacosse, Watson, and Izzo.
