Their rush defense is second worst in the league at 5.3 ypa allowed. What has masked that is therm getting out to big leads and taking away other team's running games. When that doesn't happen , like last night a team can play " three yards and a cloud of sust" all night ling and the Colts did.....

The run game got even better when they brought in that backup RB #20. Except for that stupid pitch play. And even with that Mack still had, what 120 yards or so? When Watkins starts missing significant time like this, he typically misses even more time. Definition of injury prone.

I'd not rule out the possibility of the defense improving. They are learning a new scheme and fitting in a lot of new players. We've seen the Patriots defense look like junk only to watch it improve as the season progresses. Its too early to make any judgments about any team.

We're through 5 weeks. It's not too early.

Brashard Breeland, cut by the Redskins, starts for Kansas city. He might be the worst corner I've seen since Jonathan Willhite. Unless Deion Sanders, Reggie White and Lawrence Taylor in their primes show up, that's not getting any better.
