Id agree. I would take this team over 14. Gilly is better than Revis at this point. Better running game, much better WR top to bottom. Brady might be the only factor since he diddnt have his best year last year.

Weird stats with him though....Gordon averaged almost 17 yards per reception with the Pats but looked so slow. Anyone else notice that?

Well, he did come from Cleveland on suspension iirc? Cleveland-theres no need to pile on. I think he had a nagging injury early, then went on to get popped for whatever rec substance(s) mid-season.

It's insane to think about the potential of a sober, committed, well conditioned Gordon added to the mix of Harry (rest that hammy up kid), Myers, JE and potentially a cameo from DT. Harris to IR, DT pup wouldn't shock me. This team is stacked at a lot of positions. I'd bet we see a familiar face or 2 in funny laundry at points in the season.

If we can force teams to load up for the run, the league is in very big trouble. I love seeing Sony 13/13 thus far in camp recieving. Harry looks like the type who will take pride in his blocking (i base this on no rational rhyme or reason). One of the big things in the SB I recall was how committed to blocking downfield all the WRs were. I'm also excited to see Ben Watson after his hgh vacation. He should be healed up nicely by then.

BUT it all comes down to how they play as a team on the field esp in the post season.

Now if we can get DT healthy, Harry, Gordon and DT will be fun to watch teams get frustrated losing all these contested passes.

Despite Gronk’s retirement this is going to be one of the strongest roster’s, across the board, that they have fielded in years. The cuts are going to be brutal, hopefully they can trade a few for late picks. But other than TE they are strong and deep in every unit. How that translates to the end of the season we will see, but unless they get crushed by injury it should final 4 again, and my money will always be in Belichick and Brady in any one and done.

Tom, JE, High, Jamie, Chung, Devin were all younger.

JoJo and DA made a nice WR2 and WR3 combo

I would take 2019 backfield and interior line. 2014 OTs get the nod.

On paper tough call.
