4.) Google says it is a 33 minute helicopter ride from Greenwich, CT to Boston, MA. We know helicopters can land at Gillette behind the stadium...I saw it a few times myself when at Gillette on game days. Brady certainly can afford to charter a helicopter....
Wut?
I could see peanut butter and marshmallow Fluff but Miracle Whip? Is your cholesterol like 400?
“The whiter the bread, the quicker you’re dead.”Cholesterol is excellent.. don't knock it until you try it.. have to use a very commercial white bread, have not done that in about 50 years.
"White bread makes you dead"!!!
Amazon carries all the Primal Kitchen stuff (avacado mayo, avacado dressings, etc).Whole Foods does. I would think all of their stores stock it.
He's retiring after this season.
We tank for Trevor, everybody wins.
Sorry about the death of your taste buds.“The whiter the bread, the quicker you’re dead.”
But wheat is terrible, and rye sucks, too. Pumpernickel? Couldn’t imagine. I suppose you get used to it after awhile, but I think it would be a difficult change to make.
Like Hef being allowed to remain (until death) in the Playboy Mansion after its sale, Brady could demand he be allowed to remain in the home’s She Shed/Yoga study/glute therapy space after the mansion’s sale. There are so many variables here it is almost not worth commenting on them.
No one said that they would sell their house and move right away.
No one knows that they will sell it at all in the next year.
They could sell it and rent for a couple of years.
They could buy the house for themselves in Greenwich which would be a permanent base, but they don't need to live there right away.
I can see however that this is a message for Kraft, since, when the Brookline house was built, Brady was overtly discussing his relationship with Kraft. But perhaps there's more to it--maybe Brady built it with other post-football goals in mind.
I will say this, the whole situation is crazy when you realize we don't have Steve Young backing up Brady.
Selfish!Good. I’ll finally be able to move down from the nosebleeds.
I'm right up the street from Gillette. He can stay in my spare bedroom if he needs to.Like Hef being allowed to remain (until death) in the Playboy Mansion after its sale, Brady could demand he be allowed to remain in the home’s She Shed/Yoga study/glute therapy space after the mansion’s sale.
Maybe Robert has a spare room for his fifth son.
How fast with a jet pack from Greenwich to Foxboro?
If so, he'll need a flotilla or force field to keep the NY Paparazzi and drones away.for what its worth category, I live in Greenwich and heard at a party yesterday that he is in contract, or may have already closed, on a mansion down by the water....
Government valuations of real estate:
1) lag the market
2) are based on generalized "comparables" and it's hard to come up with comparables for some houses
If his house actually sells for $35M, at some point in the next couple of years (barring a housing market crash) its assessed value will be in the $35M ballpark.
Even if this is so, you've got to believe (based on their prior RE purchases) that after they close they are going to be doing major renovations/updates, which can take a year or more with really big houses, and really expensive tastes.for what its worth category, I live in Greenwich and heard at a party yesterday that he is in contract, or may have already closed, on a mansion down by the water....
