Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

I get that but say they run in and get everyone and now have evidence on 50 clients, maybe some weasel out of the charges, but you don't have to worry about that hurting the whole case. If they go in after the first John, don't have an airtight case, the trafickers can say "the guy you accused got acquitted, so how are you going to charge me". With a large enough number, a lot will take plea deals and say "yeah I did it, don't send me to jail". Then you say "all these guys admitted to it".

Yep. Like I said... the means don't justify the end. I'm not an advocate for an overbearing state. We have much bigger fish to fry. If you want to bust johns with undercover cops, go for it. But letting slave women perform sexual acts on johns just to get a case, when the cops already know these women have been long exploited....that's evil and a perfect example of why I don't want an overbearing state.

I'm not a legal expert and won't pretend to be, but the more I delve into this, I think there's a good chance Kraft gets charges dropped.

Well that sounds better than his pants. Real punishment I worry about is from goodell*

You don't know what you're talking about.
I’m talking about what you said. If you really are an attorney you should be embarrassed and nevadmjng for your law school tuition back.

For the record this is what you said
What about the other customers who were getting straight massages without the extras? The cops get to look at them? WFT ever happened to the 4th amendment?

Any team punishment that puts us at a disadvantage (loss of picks) would be completely against the norm (conduct detrimental punishment lies directly with the owner/player). There would be no way the NFL can deny having it in for the pats if a loss of picks is the route they take. In both gate punishments the NFL deemed we were gaining an on field advantage (which we all know was a crock of ****). This punishment should be on BK and BK alone. Similar to Irsay.

1934? Wow

Yea lot of old dudes on that list. Maybe they were getting sex therapy for ED.

Why would cops hang out to bust a bunch of old dudes. This sounds dumb.

I don't recall any extraneous crap affecting the first three.
The first was embroiled in the myth of taking walkthroughs and didn’t Arlen Spector blame the third on spygate?

Boston Herald?
Any bells ringing?
Retracted story published about a Rams walkthrough?
I recall a bit of back and forth around that. Anyone else remember some story around that first win?

I think we need to hire some folks and shut down these joints.

Need Krafty to stay on the straight and narrow.

Not a peep off Patriots.com yet. This is bad. If true, he might need to step down from his position.

Wasn’t that herald piece around 2008?

I don't know man. These sex trafficking rings are bad. Really bad for these young women.(Is there anything worse for these women?) In your community you want this stuff shut down. This stuff needs shut down and if Kraft is guilty of prostitution, he's got to pay the price for what he did. I like Kraft, but if he did it, this was a bad thing he did.
