This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
“There's some similarities for sure... You definitely know that (Vrabel) has played for Bill,” said Titans running back Dion Lewis, who spent the previous three seasons with the Patriots.
“As far as how much of (Belichick's) philosophy is in me,” Vrabel said Tuesday, “I think that spending time there, I think there’s some similarities that I believe in and that you grow up as a player believing in. But then I think that we have a different personality.
“I can’t deny the fact I played there for eight years and we had a lot of success. Bill was my coach. He traded me to Kansas City, we didn’t talk for a couple months, maybe a year. Then we became friends, and I used him as a resource when I started my coaching career, and still talk to him a lot now. This week we're competitors. We’re always competitors as far as I’m still coaching and so is he. I guess it’s unique from that standpoint.”
Belichick praised the player that Vrabel was during a conference call with Titans reporters this week.
“Mike was a tremendous player,” Belichick said. “He had great work ethic, and very, very smart. He’s like that as a coach on the field. He could handle a lot of responsibility. He is very instinctive of the game, it came easy to him. He’s a really hard working – great condition, he can go all day. He took a lot of reps in practice and in the game. He never really needed to come out of the game or practice. He had great stamina.
“Mike is very passionate for football. He has natural leadership. He was one of our captains here. He was one of the guys that you could count on and depend on, on and off the field, Sunday through Saturday, all week long. He was always ready to go."
I guess we've gotta target Butler since he's given up half the points the Titans have allowed this year. (Maybe we can find another way of scoring, and give the guy a break)
Ravens fans weren’t thrilled with him, seems like he imploded a lot in the fourth. He was there for 06 and 07 to his credit for people that didn’t like him. He was okay but think we’ve done better.
Here's my good luck hit-n-run post. 6 games in a row I've posted here in the GDT during pregame, then disappeared. I'm not going to stop the mojo now--- see y'all in a few hours!
