Just to be clear, I think you're ridiculous too.

gulp
Felger is not right. You guys call me a troll. I am fan of Boston sports teams and Felger knows nothing, he has a big goose egg. Would not be surprised if he just lies.Which is pretty much option 1. Except for the x-ray.. if he just got a little cut with 4 stitches then there would be no need for an xray. Which pretty much indicates to me that it is slightly more than Felger is saying but still around option 1.
limited.. that means he skipped around same thingDNP?
That would be full of shyt writ large, son.
Curran tweeted he will shortly be posting a story on what he's heard.

Curran's (very short) piece is up. The key part:
Brady’s right thumb bent back badly when he was smashed into by a running back. Somehow, the ball got jammed back into the webbing between his thumb and index finger and it caused a cut. Might have been the laces. There may be stitches. He’s not taking snaps under center. He can take them in shotgun. He’s trying not to aggravate the thumb between now and kickoff so the reps are at a minimum. He can throw. I have no idea how hard, how far or how accurately.
What we're hearing: Brady has painful thumb injury
Good luck with that. What Curran is reporting is nothing like what Felger was told. I hope Felger's source is right and Curran's is wrong.

I don't really think it's that off. Maybe his hand hit the ball, maybe it hit a helmet--who cares? If it was a cut and there was a lot of blood, as Garafalo reported, it stands to reason Brady would be in pain too. What Curran is reporting is nothing like what Felger was told. It's identical. Curran just has more detail. What Curran is reporting is nothing like what Felger was told. I hope Felger's source is right and Curran's is wrong.
If the x-rays don't show a fx or dislocation, we're talking about a "boo-boo." It could be a painful or irritating "boo-boo" that's interfering with his ability to practice but I'm not hearing anything that says he won't be ready on Sunday.
Including the crucial detail that the thumb was substantively injured -- enough that for now they're not willing to have him take snaps under center in practice. And also that none of Curran's usual people are saying anything. It's identical. Curran just has more detail.

Yeah, the 'radio silence', especially when Curran seems pretty well plugged into Brady's camp, is definitely a bit more ominous.Including the crucial detail that the thumb was substantively injured -- enough that for now they're not willing to have him take snaps under center in practice.
