I'm not sure that Decker call was a good penalty. I mean, he reached out and hit Butler in the face, but only because Butler had lost his footing and was already falling back or else it would have been his shoulder. At a certain point everything's a penalty, they probably shouldn't have whistled that. But ehh whatever it helped the Patriots and those calls go 50/50.

I think they called it because about a split second later the pass went to him and he made butler fall.
