Pretty sad stuff. I've never much cared for Berman, but my thoughts are with him at this time.

Wow this is bad, she rear ended that Ford Escape and that fellow died. Then her car flipped into a pond where she was stuck upside down in the water in hardtop convertible Lexus. Wonder if the Ford broke down in the road and she just hit it. Wow, any second your world can change. feel bad for everyone involved.

In an accident like that, the driver is either distracted or incapacitated. Not trying to start a rumor, but she may have been looking down at her phone.

In an accident like that, the driver is either distracted or incapacitated. Not trying to start a rumor, but she may have been looking down at her phone.

It's disgusting how many people I see doing this on a daily basis.... god forbid one of their children got hit by an oblivious driver, I wonder if they'd change their criminal behavior then... Probably not.
