Week 12 NFL Games

LOL at the very visible sign on the Chargers field goal: "Mr Spanos, please fire Norm and AJ"

Can't blame the fans for being frustrated, Rivers prime years have been wasted.

Who would've known watching NFC West divisional games would become so fun.

I don't care that they have a 2 score lead right now, I have no confidence in the ****ing Chargers to beat the Ravens.

Almost every single week the Broncos and Ravens have teased us that they'd lose but always end up being able to take advantage of the awful teams that inevitably choke it up against them. I feel as if the Chargers (the Cowboys of the AFC) will find a way to **** this up. Something to the tune of Rivers, instead of taking a sack, will try to get rid of the ball, end up fumbling and the Ravens get a defensive score.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

texans are not that great, and baltimore pretty much sucks haha

steelers this year are not scary (and usually our offense can handle them anyways)

colts have a rookie at QB

bengals are young

the only team in the AFC other than us that truly is competition is gonna be denver, and they have their issues as well

we prob wont end up with the #1 seed, but should represent the AFC in the SB, at which point im not that scared of any team we may face there either all that much

I'd kill if the Saints drafted a RB named Ebony

I live on SD and agree more than anyone that AJ Smith and Turner needed to be fired long ago but Rivers isnt exactly doing the team any favors either. He needs an hour in the pocket to make a decision and can't seem to complete passes to anyone that is shorter than 6'5". I do agree that Rivers is in his prime though as I don't see him getting any better.

See post #224.

Also, on a personal level, I also would like the Saints to beat the 49ers.

However, the better the 49ers record is when they come here, the more rewarding it will be when we beat them.

See post #224.

Oh I know the situation, which is why it's going to piss me off even more when the Chargers blow this.

A fair point, but if you consider that this is one of his first starts, he is doing pretty well. Upgrade from Alex Smith, Imo.

We're watching different games, I think.

I'm addicted to this red zone thing now...just fantastic

It's like watching a highlights show except it's live instead of replays. It's amazing how long I can go between bathroom breaks, no matter how much beer I drink, on Red Zone Sundays.

Eh I think Rivers' best days are behind him. There was a time where I'd have him right outside the elite tier of QB's with Big Ben and some others but right now I don't think he's even top 10.

Only the vaunted Carson Palmer's fall from grace is worse

Wow the Seahawks just took a major hit.

Rivers isn't decisive. When he makes quick decisions and moves the ball he's a good QB. When he holds the ball waiting for the perfect play to develop (which is almost every time he has the football) he's horrendous.

Bmore marching right down the field

Way to clamp down Chargers.

Please run out the clock and if you can't at least get points San Diego you bums.
