Re: Stephen Neal re-signed
This is like one of those moments on Family Guy when Peter says something so incredibly wrong that Lois is dumbfounded.
First, Neal wasn't eligible to be tendered. Second, you have absolutely no support for your statement that no one wanted him. The Pats gave him a chance when he'd never played football before and I have no reason to doubt that he's happy here. Third, he did play very well last year. Not to mention he was banged up throughout the season. Third, your accusation that Belichick enjoys watching part of his offense struggle (note again that Neal rarely struggled) is foolish.
Oh Peter.
Really ? Kind of strange how one of the best guards in the league wasn't even tendered by the team and not only was he not tendered, he was free to the league and guess why he's back........take a guess.......you got it.
NO ONE WANTED HIM ............. !
Imagine that, one team did want him, one coach wants him back, he loves seeing the right side of his OLine get abused, welcome back Stephen "On the Back Nine" Neal.
He was the one guy I hope walked.....Nope, leave it to BB to reup a guy like this. Pierre Woods is on the verge or a major 5 year deal, I can sense it.
