Denver temps next week are in 40s, 50s amd 60s but today (Sunday) on game day, will be high of only 24, low of 7 and chance for some snow.

Will this affect Maye or Stidham more? I feel it favors the Pats because Maye has more experience than Stidham as a starting QB and any discomfort from the weather makes it more difficult for the QB with less first team reps.

Thoughts?

i think stidham has played in new england, vegas & denver... two out of the three are cold weather stadiums... Maye has played in new england... temperature shouldn't be any real issue for either...

the number of first team reps is another matter altogether

Game speed is going to be Stidham’s biggest issue.

Temp doesn’t look like an issue, looks like it’ll be mid to low 20s during the game, which both guys are familiar with. There’s a low percent chance of a bit of snow which could factor in. I would be most interested in the fact that there will be 25 mph wind gusts. Maye should be able to account for it, but Stidham is probably not very accustomed to needing to do so - and he doesn’t have chemistry with the guys he’s throwing to in the first place. Combine those two factors and the throw placement and route timing may be all over the place for Denver.

True. Wind could be the X factor….hopefully in our favor

Yeah it's fine here in denver. 9 degrees now at 7:24 but the sun and elevation really do the heavy lifting.

I was woodworking 2 weeks ago with my shirt off and it was 40. It felt at least 60. No wind scheduled so it'll be cold but it'll feel like 40. It'll be much nicer than new england last week
