Which is fine for Dobson, but KT's bread and butter is quick underneath routes. His feet are damn near as good as Edelmans. He gets open a lot better than Amendola...
I am surprised both are inactive but if they both were julius jones and roddy white , this wont be a conversation. It tells more about our expectations of our WRs than what they actually are. Just my opinion. AD and KT may turn out to be HOFers . Who knows.
I'm mentally preparing myself for yet another win tonight... Don't get me wrong, I expect us to go down 17-7 at some point, probably on a turnover caused by our New Look O-Line. Among the cries of kill McD, and fire Patricia, and Brady's done, the defense will hunker down, holding the Chiefs to only 3 more points. The Pats will discover a little offense in the 2nd half with 2 scores to take a lead which they won't relinquish
Thing is, if the game plan is run, run run and then run some more...Dobson would have been better for the team if he played because he's a good blocker and can stretch the field for play action.
The inactives tonight really screems zero trust in the OLs ability to pass block. The only inactive receivers are special teamers and the ones who can run the really quick short routes so Brady doesn't have to wait for the route to develop.
lol....definitely not the Chicago Bears Wide Receivers but hopefully we'll be able to incorporate Gronk, Wright and Vareen into the mix and maybe even White.
chiefs stop the run, and take away edelman and the game is over. we don't have any speed on this outside. tom deserves better than this. can't think of a all time great QB who's been surrounded by garbage wr's for so long.
