That team couldn’t win a game. Would probably be shut out most games.

He’s drafted 1 wr in the first round and 2 in the 2nd in 21 years.

As was outlined above by someone, he's 0/3 on high WR picks and 1 for 7 on high CB picks. So..... stay away from WR/CB. Especially when he's good at finding UDFA or low picks at WR/CB.

.

I just was checking out David Andrews on Wiki and came away baffled as to why he went undrafted. He was a top 6 finalist for the Rimington Trophy given to college's best center. His senior year he was voted Georgia's offensive MVP and was 2nd team All SEC.

It's weird how really good centers always seem to fall through every year. Wasn't Dan Koppen also a very low pick, 5th round I believe.

Took out Izzo. Added Woodrow Hamilton and Keionta Davis and put in Robbie Gould for Quinn Nordin.
I always liked Woodrow Hamilton, named after the 11th president of the U.S.

KGH should.be Kamu Grugier Hill.

Him being a fulltime C made Damien Woody expendable after 2003 as he somehow couldn't snap a ball out of shotgun. They brought in Mike Compton before that to snap the ball on obvious passing downs in 2001. It was really weird.

Right. Woody was this top pick and expensive contract center who needed to take turns with Compton on passing downs. Still incredible to look at that 2001 roster, maybe the worst team talent wise to win a ring. The final drive was JR Redmond, Jermaine Wiggins, and (love him) Troy an 8th round draft pick.

Almost want to give Grant Williams Co-MVP. Matt Light goes out early, Williams is known to be a turnstile, yet he holds his own for 3 quarters. Removed the need to further shuffle the OL against a very good front four.

CB is most glaring. Three very good corners there

I thought Pierre Woods was a 7th rounder. Nope. UDFA.

I like the OL on this team. Not ‘as a unit’ maybe, but there are quality players there.

It shows you that they think they can’t get adequate OT play from free agency, and so explains the history of using draft capital on OT.

I am puzzled that they use so much draft capital on corners when they also pick them up so well, but that opens a can of worms that I don’t want to get into.

Branch was a hit
Jackson and Harry not.
That’s not 0/3

Branch was before BB changed and ruined his WR/CB scouting methods in 2004 . Changed due to idiot john carroll roommates. Crap ever since. 1 for 7 in CBs. 0 for 3 WR: Harry, Dobson, Chad Jackson. 0 for 3

I don’t use made up bs criteria.

I understand the can of worms. It’s easy to outline BB’s team building strategy as it’s it has many consistent parts to it. Their EXACT details are still up in the air. And what we see as fails (ex : Harry), BB might not think that way. He could (though it’s not sure dire by ANY means) make the argument that Harry’s blocking is much more key than what fans see…. I still suspect he’d maybe a hard time explaining what his face mask was doing Monday night, but…
