The NFL Owners Meeting will re-commence next week starting Monday. When it comes to these meetings, there's a annual tradition going all the way back to 2005, of yearly changes to the rule-book relating to the Patriots and their "concerning" conduct on the field. It's no coincidence that every year we see the Patriots enjoy their share of of success, someone inevitably comes along to correct some perceived "violation." But in most cases, the Pats themselves are never the first to truly "violate" that rule or blur the boundaries. Rich Hill in his article explores the three rule changes that will be finalized next week during the Owner's Meeting, and points out where their true origins lie, and how the Patriots became linked to them. Definitely worth the read!

Breaking News: Owners will discuss a new recommended rule. Teams whose first 3 letters are PAT are only allowed to score field goals :-/

Yes ever since the Pats -Colts game in snow . The Pats are responsible for more rule changes then probably all other teams combined. (yes of course cause you are cheaters ) I have no doubt a rule will be coming up about winning divison more then 3 years in a row.

The NFL where innovation and creative game plans are denigrated because they are "confusing", and thus changed, so the that the intellectually deficient can have a chance...

"The dumbing down of the NFL".....
