Maybe all of the reports of the Pats being unwilling to trade Jimmy short of a "too good to refuse" deal are true.

Could well be. That'd be my stand. With JG as a backup this year for our great but aging qb, I think the Pats have a historically good shot at back-to-back championships. Then you see where you are. The long view is important, but they name a champion one year at a time.
