I can't go through another schitty season - Jets Insider.com Forums

I'm done going to games. I'm ripping down all my memorabilia. I'm done sitting here and letting one guy destroy the only decent team we've had in the past 20 years. I can deal with us losing when our talent sucks. I can't deal with one offensive coach ruining our team and our stupid brash ***** coach letting this sh*t go down. Rex only cares about the defense... He has NO CLUE how to coach an offense and that shows by the Jets extending that f*cking moron.

The "I'm Done" Threads
Can we merge all these idiotic threads with this one?

A) No, you're not done. You'll be here next preseason analyzing meaningless games with the rest of us, hoping that year is "the year."

B) No one gives a f**k.

I have lived through each of them and YES Schitty is going to force me out. I'll be back as soon as he's gone but until then, f*ck it. I've been through the worst of the worst and THIS in my opinion TAKES THE CAKE!

Under Kotite and Holtz, I never expected much and the Jets didn't do much to make us optimistic. We sucked from the start. If we're already losing than I can deal with it. When we have the talent/coaching to win now and one OC ruins it all... I can't take that. To me, Schitty is the last piece of crap that was not fired when we cleaned house and he's the guy running our team into the ground. If we as fans keep supporting this crap, we'll keep getting crapped on as evident with our 40 years with NO rings.

I also have heart problems and I don't want to die from a heart attack yelling at Schitty every damn Sunday... I've already been close. Call me a liar if you want, I'm not going to play the I'm a better fan than you are act.

Wow, i have to keep an eye on this board during the game today, if the rats lose it Will be Priceless.

"It’s no secret that this 2011-12 team has had its share of adversity to overcome. The debates have been endless; Mark Sanchez or Brian Schottenheimer, the offensive line or the running game, Bart Scott or the safeties. Many fingers have been pointed, names called out and blood boiling in the pressure cooker of the Big Apple. But, my friends, all those are the ingredients of a hard-nosed, battle-tested, championship-ready team. I ask you, how many wars were won without adversity? How many achievements reached without an obstacle to hurdle? That’s what makes being a winner so satisfying — vanquishing hardships to end up more resolute and stoic its not over "...........

OK I'll play......

What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

The contract extension the Jets gave OC Brian Schottenheimer last off-season is through the 2013 season.

Not long enough imo.

How lucky are the jets? Opponent blows it again...Cowboys, Sd and now Bills..jets should really only have 2-3 wins...unreal.

Can't wait to hear all the Sanchez is god material on those forums this week

Great. Now the Jest fans are back on the wagon

Stevie Johnson drops a sure game-ending, Jets season-ending touchdown in the final seconds. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Anyone watching closely would note the Jets are the luckiest 6-5 team in the NFL. They are two Romo idiot fumbles, two Rivers idiot INT's, and a Buffalo choke/botch job of a last minute drive away from being 4-7. That's right 4-7!

How much more nervous and paranoid could the Jets have looked today while Buffalo shot themselves in the foot, especially in the last minute? The Jets weren't out there overcoming adversity, they were sh*tting themselves in the last minute as Buffalo glided down the field and then woke up and realized their western NY franchise hadn't won a thing in so long that now wasn't the time to begin. It was almost like the Jets players were hoping to lose so they could just give up the panic ride their stuck on. Or maybe they just wanted to do something to shut up Rex...

Funny, Jets fans are biatching about how lucky the Pats are. Don't worry, the Jets luck will run out. Their crappy offense was stagnant vs. the miserable Bills' defense. They will get beat at least two more times if not going 2-3. The Bills are free falling and the Jets should have lost to them today.

More Jet Ws
More miss the playoffs frustration
And worse draft picks

look at the bright side of this. We will get to see these fools hope and dreams get shattered again this year . maybe twice lol. That alone is priceless entertainment. :rocker: :singing:

so there is a classless thread on JI about "Belicheat and Tami Brady"....because we ran a reverse with 9 minutes left in the game. It was running up the score apparently.

Most delusional people on this planet.

4 touchdown passes, career high, for our QB mark sanchez - Page 7 - TheGangGreen.com Message Board

This comment made me LOL

Ben Roethlisberger just took a timeout on 4th down and the team ended up punting the ball where it landed on the 1 yard line and then into the endzone for a touchback. If he had taken the delay of game instead, the ball lands at the 6 (all other things assumed constant) and the gunners have a chance to down it. More importantly, Big Ben just pissed away an all-important 2nd half timeout for absolutely no reason in his 8th year. I genuinely wonder if the Pittsburgh media flips out the way the NY media does when the QB makes a boneheaded move?

Child who started the thread:

this thread celebrates the our franchise QB who just took a major step into that elite passer category with 4td passes in 4 quarters. not those stat padding tds like some qbs get but 1min left game winning touchdown.

most unappreciated player on the team maybe the entire league.

Damn it feels good to be a sanchez fan. vindication. this man will do some serious damage in the playoffs this year. for all the nonbelievers!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

The Green Puke won a game today playing mediocre ball against another pathetic opponent slightly more intent on shooting itself in the foot, or thigh, or whatever. Whoop ... dee ... doo. Li'l Marky would've been crucified by everyone had that goon Plexiglas Furnace not literally jumped to his rescue. And Wrecks looks even fatter post-Thanksgiving due to failed lap-band surgery. The fans booed. Even in victory, New Jersey's suckage is reconfirmed.

Stevie Johnson is awesome

Stevie Johnson celebration - YouTube

Makes fun of Plaxico.

I think people are making way too much out of this. Maybe Im just immature but I thought it was pretty funny and the whole plane thing was in no bad taste. The drops anger me but this guy caught balls on revis all day long and he would be of value on the outside for our team. If he shows more maturity after this and cut down on the drops I'd like the Pats to take a look at him.

Well, the OP has a point, everyone in the league should congratulate Sanchez on arguably the worst 4 TD passing performance in league history. No one has played so well while sucking so bad that I can remember.

Sorry, but Sanchez got 4 TDs against one of the worst defenses in the league (unlike the Pats that have a decent defense, but statistically bad one; the Bills just have a bad defense) while unable to complete 50% of his passes and making stupid throws all over the place. Brady might have passed for 8 TDs vs. the Bills yesterday.

Sanchez was what he has always been yesterday. He is an below average QB for most of the game and manages to have one or two drives where he is spectacular. If the NFL had relief QBs like baseball has with pitchers, I would want Sanchez. Unfortunately for the Jets, they don't and they have to suffer with Sanchez for the first 55 minutes of the game to hopefully get him to put together the game winning drive in the last 5 minutes.

All his late "heroics" would not be necessary if he didn't put his team in the hole via turnovers, pick-6s, stupid decisions and inaccuracy.
