I felt the same way about Travis. Didn't watch much of him so maybe I just caught him on a few indecisive plays. but when I saw him he looked too slow for the NFL.

There is no reason to believe that either Travis or Bates will make the team.

I agree that we are in need of STer's.

IMHO, if Belichick isn't satisfied with the veteran STer's we have (Bolden, Freeny, King, Ebner, Grissom), he'll find one from another team, as he did in signing Flowers.

I have him as a PS guy, with the fourth DE spot going to someone else's cut, but wouldn't be surprised if he made it.

I think it can be reasonably assumed he'll make the team: he has only been here a few days, so it's not like he's had an opportunity to do anything that would meaningfully change the team's evaluation of him from 'worth trading for' to 'not worth a roster spot'.

He has impressed since he got here.

I think it can be reasonably assumed he'll make the team: he has only been here a few days, so it's not like he's had an opportunity to do anything that would meaningfully change the team's evaluation of him from 'worth trading for' to 'not worth a roster spot'.

He could be cut and then re-signed after the rosters are set. BB has done it before. Kind of lets Flowers be around the team for a bit and then hopes he signs with the team later.

A trade of Coleman was on my "possible" list last week. Surprised that it still happens AFTER Cyrus gets injured. Seems like Moore may be a lock now.

No team will trade a 1st for him without a guarantee of a long term deal.
