I'm sure there are plenty of GMs that would take Rodgers over Brady for next year, just like there are plenty that would take Brady.

But to point 3, if you account for age and say 'you can have any QB in the league for the rest of his career' I bet that a lot of GMs would think for a long time about taking Wentz over everyone else.

Good thing we took the RB. Lamar Jackson living up to his 13 (out of 50) wonderlic score. BTW, Brady scored a 33. Not that wonderlic is always a great predictor, but probably not optimal to have your QB as one of your lowest scores. In this case the score seems pretty indicative of lack of common sense and intelligence... TMZ

Well, there was a Super Bowl. If he guaranteed a Super Bowl, it did happen.

Brain dead. You can tell by looking at his face/eyes that there ain’t much going on upstairs. The lights are on and someone is home, but they’re in a coma.

Ever occur to people the Patriots bring in guys like Jackson because they know they’ll be facing him? You really think they’re going to draft a run-first QB with horrible accuracy and a 13 Wonderlic score? Lol.

I would like to place a bet that Foles has a better year than Wentz, I wonder what the odds would be?

This is a ridiculous notion. That the team would waste resources on a player like this just for inside knowledge on how to beat them? C'mon man, that's bonkers silly. Belichick isn't going to waste time on scouting someone who might never start a game in the NFL. And they're not going to rely on a single day interaction vs. waiting for the guy to put plays on tape so they can scout the player based on what they became not who they were fresh out of college like 2 years ago.

They invited him in to get an idea of who he was as a player and person and how important football was to him in case he dropped to them.

I just never thought they’d draft him since his accuracy and Wonderlic would make him a giant outlier for them.

I always assumed BB was hyping him up so another team would take him and not one of the players he wanted.
