Mike Vrable?
Vrabel isn't really part of the Belichick coaching tree. Vrabel never coached under Belichick.

Pretty sure they already know who the GM is, but they’re required to go through the process there since it’s not an in house minority hire. This feels like a disaster. In what universe do you hire a coach before an effing GM????
This is on par with belichick hiring Patricia after Josh left.Congrats to Jerod. May be a good hire but clearly Kraft had DEI as a primary requirement. That has not turned out well for some businesses in the past.

I completely agree…almost all of this has happened because of the way BB has run the organization as the GM, not so much because of his coaching.

I doubt Mayo, in his first game as coach, will be dropping his pants at half time in front of the whole team to make a stupid point.Actually they’re pretty similar. Mike was a linebacker on the 1985 bears defense. Jerod was a linebacker on our Super Bowl teams. Singletary got fired after 2 years and coached high school and proceeded to win only 1 game in 2 years
I recall the players tuning out Pompom Pete as silly and lightweight. The players liked Pete Carroll too.
They liked him because he wasn't Hardo Parcells.I recall the players tuning out Pompom Pete as silly and lightweight.
I guess it depends on if you're looking at the start or the end of his Pats tenure. They liked him because he wasn't Hardo Parcells.
Pete Carroll has been a pretty coach in this league for a whileThe players liked Pete Carroll too.
I'm talking about his tenure with the Pats.Pete Carroll has been a pretty coach in this league for a while
Weird how Casserio finally got a chance to pick low enough and landed a top 3 qb to change his fortunes? He was on the hot seat until then and now he’s all of a sudden worthy? And funny enough those were decisions by a guy some Pats fans wanted out, Nick Caserio. Weird how he's showing what he can do when he doesn't have Belichick taking the word of a college coach over what he suggested and wanted (NKeal Harry vs AJ Brown)

You have no way of actually knowing this.Congrats to Jerod. May be a good hire but clearly Kraft had DEI as a primary requirement. That has not turned out well for some businesses in the past.
