I'm guessing you mean BB.Both Polk and Baker are toast, bad picks by a guy who became one of the worst GMs over his last few years in the league.
I did and I'm highI'm guessing you mean BB.
He was already gone when Polk and Baker were selected. This was Wolf with the likes of Mayo and Glaser in the room.
I for one am hopeful Wolf can be a good GM when he has smart football people with a clear vision around him.
No, it's weedIs this a joke? Who are you even talking about?
Without a test, it didn't happen.No, it's weed
Well, for example: If Chism shows that he can make an immediate impact in the return game, can get open and catch the ball consistently, and displays the ability to have an upside and contribute right away, I would not discard him because of the draft status of Polk or Baker. We want WR's that have that "It Factor". That when we need to move the chains, more often than not they will make the play. I would also say the same regarding Boutte. He's shown (more than Polk or Baker) that he can be an NFL WR.My question to the forum:
How long are YOU willing to go (as in, giving them a Roster spot) for them?
No right answer here obviously, im just curious
He's going to move the chains an Efton.Well, for example: If Chism shows that he can make an immediate impact in the return game, can get open and catch the ball consistently, and displays the ability to have an upside and contribute right away, I would not discard him because of the draft status of Polk or Baker. @Patsfan1645 @signbabybradyI would add I didnt see Mac as a true leader but from the first time I listened to Maye talk I thought he said all the right stuff. I think he is a natural leader and can take charge when things arent going right. Young Maye has all the physical talent he just needs more playing time so the game slows down and he needs (as everyone has said) to protect the ball and himself. If he does those things he will be a top 10 qb and will be face of this franchise for years to come.
I’m guessing on it’s a number lower than 1I don't know. How many?
that is too many. The players here already need all the reps they can get in the new offense and one on one time with thes taff as they go about picking up the new scheme. Besides the 5 holdover guys from last year, Polk, Baker, boutte, Borne, Douglass, We brought in Diggs and Hollins, Drafted Willliams and have already signed 3 UDFA in chism, Webb and Demeer. That is 11 guys in the room already.
Best we can hope for, in my opinion, is that Wolf is a good taskmaster and others are evaluating players and being the recruiter for free agents.I'm guessing you mean BB.

That's exactly what I see in Efton Chism III. A guy who will give you close to what we loved about Jules, someone that will make that catch that you need for a 1st Down, Etc.He's going to move the chains an Efton.
I'm cautiously optimistic but I'm totally ready for an Efton of puns. That's exactly what I see in Efton Chism III. A guy who will give you close to what we loved about Jules, someone that will make that catch that you need for a 1st Down, Etc.
That alone will be very telling. I remember Jules returning Punts as a Rookie and he was excellent at at. Then in his 2nd Season he just looked like he knew what he was doing as an NFL WR, even though he played QB in College.I'm cautiously optimistic but I'm totally ready for an Efton of puns.
understood, thanksI wrote that in March, well before the draft or UDFA signings.
Troy Brown
David Givens
Julian Edelman
Ja'Lynn Polk
Really, so putting AVP and Tyler Hughes on the same level as Downing and McD?
I have zero doubts Polk got the yips and his coach's comments made things worse for a besieged player.
