Over under on Jimmy G throwing 2 passes this year?
Over. It will happen because the Pats have some upcoming games with some real **** teams.

We will steamroll Denver with the utmost of ease. It will definitely be a blow out.

I always love Brady squaring off against Wade Phillips. Wade never learns.
Wade has beaten brady in foxboro before and that 2006 playoff game in San Deigo wasnt a gimme either. Like all coordinators he needs players. He didnt have the secondary in houston and dallas to give us trouble. And we have injuries in our oline as well. Until the 3rd quarter, this fins game wasnt over and the jets game went to wire almost. And we are going to steam roll denver in denver on thanksgiving night on a short week ?

Sorry if I missed this from a previous page but I was working tonight and unable to see the game. Did Dobson do anything?

No. But he diddnt get many snaps either.

I would feel good if we upgraded our secondary. Don't forget it will get cold. I would make forehead throw those deep passes

I will reluctantly address the undefeated talk because it's crossed my mind on more than one occasion, but I much prefer the "let's just win this week's game" mentality. Not trying to think about games in December just yet.

I'm happy and grateful for this Patriots run, whether it's the four Lombardi trophies now or more down the line. But 2007 was so emotionally charged and ended in the cruelest way imaginable. The worst sports defeat of my life, and that includes the Aaron Boone game. But you know what helped me get over the Aaron Boone game? Exorcising the demons the following year. Now as a Red Sox fan, 2003 doesn't hurt as bad because of what happened in 2004. As a Pats fan, 2014 was a huge relief, ESPECIALLY after that damn Kearse catch being eerily reminiscent of two other gut punch catches that shall not be named. But still feels like there's unfinished business from 2007, and an opportunity to make it right in 2015.

Now... to play devil's advocate to that, I embraced the possibility of the Pats getting some measure of revenge on the Giants the second time around in the SB, and we remember how that turned out. It's be careful what you wish for. So I think "just win the next game and stay healthy" is careful enough. Don't forget, the 2009 Colts went into Week 16 still undefeated until Jim Caldwell capitulated and benched the starters at halftime, and the Colts lost. I don't suspect Belichick would take the foot off the gas, but while in reality an undefeated season would make this the most special season ever in light of everything the Pats have gone through, it's so unlikely that's it's not worth getting invested in this early in the season.

I would love it so much... the perfect redemption, and a way to make 2007 hurt less (though it will always hurt to some degree). But I'm just happy to be a fan of a team that all of us here can be proud of.

He doesn't have the secondary in Denver to give us trouble either. If you've watched our last few games against them (when we were healthy) their CBs do not match up well with our WRs. They are also dreadful against TEs.

Most importantly, we will likely hold them to fewer than 14 points.

We have to start rooting against the donkeys and bungles at this point. Have to in terms of future seeding

I don't like what koppen said about jones.
Chandler has been a beast and i am one of his biggest critics. Need him to keep putting the pressure on QBs

what are we calling the Jags and Fins? Im not saying he wont get into the game I just dont know if he will throw a pass unless he plays the second half of week 17 like last year

I dont know why all thursday games are division games. Division games are too important to play on a short week. Play inter conference games if you want to play on a short week.

It's about travel times I think. Keep it local.

Other than games played at New England, the Dolphins remain perfect under interim coach Dan Campbell.

I'd tell Godger Insanedell for you but he's too busy attending to "real important things" in London...

yeah...he had a terrific game plan tonight too...stand on the sideline and glower, flex, stomp around, more glowering, intermittent screams and howls ,more glowering and then the post game fist banging "I'm a tough guy!" act...yup, the Phizz look "all in!" alright.

No. Dobson was not a factor whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I don't believe he even saw a target.

You could argue that he did what he does best

does Ray Lewis really help Giorgio Armani sell white suits?
