Vrabel will instill winning as the #1 job, no country club ********, I wanna be your friend crap.
He's a smart tough guy, and Judon never would have pulled that crap with him.

No more whining, if you don't like it, there's the door... don't make me throw you through it.

WINNING IS WHAT MATTERS

Vrabel and Rees are Close, I would expect Vrabel won’t hire him without a commit that he won’t leave for 2-3 years, if he doesn’t get that he doesn’t hire him as OC.
From what I am hearing is Cleveland wants to hire him as their OC
How does that work if the
Patriots want to hire him for the same position
Does the team he is already employed by get the nod or can Rees choose

He chooses. Just can't move laterally if his contract has not expired.

Theres gonna be some serious roster turnover these next few seasons.

I'm still not a fan of Wolf staying on. It already undermines Vrabel's influence. He got screwed by his GM in Tennessee.

If Wolf is the guy responsible for pushing us to draft Gonzo, Keion, and Barmoure in the previous drafts then yeah keep him. But if his draft record is solely from last year's class, then get someone Vrabel wants to work with.

Any interesting Titans floating around that we could bring in? Other than Henry or AJ which probably not happening.

One of my first thoughts in hearing this is “what a contrast from Mayo.”

You want to be a professional football player?

It starts now.

Hopefully some of last years’ draft choices will take to this like fish to water.

Last year didn’t go so well? Here is your chance for a fresh start.
It's going to be very interesting to see of this current bunch who survives.
