If they fire him, maybe we can hire this Pro. Zac. As OC.

Reported that Mike Vrabel will bring in Titans player personnel advisor Ryan Cowden. How he fits into puzzle remains to be seen but no official gm title.Great news, now how will Wolf figure into all of this??
Gotta give him a couple of years, this is a monumental rebuild..
This one is a FA. Vrabel drafted him...Any interesting Titans floating around that we could bring in? Other than Henry or AJ which probably not happening.
The guy was a redzone weapon this year. This one is a FA. Vrabel drafted him...

Hmm. Didn’t we hunt down all the ‘weapons’ we needed last season ?!? There was talk, I’m pretty sure…The guy was a redzone weapon this year.
I think a lot of the team needs purged.I’ll love it even more if it means that players currently on the roster - the ones who don’t seem all that bothered by losing - need to move on.
It could be, and hopefully that's the case, that some of those players will improve with better coaching.I’ll love it even more if it means that players currently on the roster - the ones who don’t seem all that bothered by losing - need to move on.
Ain't buying it. Vrabel's 1st choice by far was the Pats. He would've waited.Vrabel was a hot commodity and had MANY teams interested. Maybe Vrabel put pressure on Kraft to get this done quickly if he wanted to hire him, especially after the fiasco last year.
Waiting on an in person interview with Johnson would have been super risky as it might have pushed Vrabel into a hire with another team.
I think Kraft nailed this one.
Either improve or move to another team. Both are fine w me at this point. I can watch losses if I feel the players care about winning and improving. It could be, and hopefully that's the case, that some of those players will improve with better coaching.
I think we ought to give them a chance to respond to some real coaching.I think a lot of the team needs purged.
Let it go, man. Last year's done and gone.Hmm. Didn’t we hunt down all the ‘weapons’ we needed last season ?!? There was talk, I’m pretty sure…
My hope is that Vrabel and his team are able to decipher which deserve an extra shot and which ones are just ‘not about winning’. And then, act accordingly.I think we ought to give them a chance to respond to some real coaching.
I'm pretty sure Rees can choose unless he accepts there first before being offered a job here. From what I am hearing is Cleveland wants to hire him as their OC
How does that work if the
Patriots want to hire him for the same position
Does the team he is already employed by get the nod or can Rees choose
Fine line between learning from the past and whining about it.
Yup. He would have traded back and taken McCarthy.BB would not have picked Maye.
That game was way more about the Steeler defense. Why should the Ravens take the increased risk of putting the ball in the air if you can just run it for easy first downs? It’s filed under defense too
