The funny thing about that is the chiefs have had RIDICULOUS luck with injuries. They have yet to have a playoff game since ‘18 without mahomes, kelce, jones, or tyreek when he was there. Other than a couple drives when mahomes got dinged up. That’s absurdly lucky and unlikely to hold up.

So after one regular season game without 2 stars people are feeling sorry for them! What a joke

Imagine if gronk and edelman were available for every playoff game between 2011 and 2018… at least 2 more rings. They do play alot more physical than Chelsea so i get that part of it. But still that sorta fortune injury wise with kc is annoying af.

Not only 16' but they did it in 18' even with Gronk clearly hobbled for much of the year and Gordon imploding at the worst possible moment (and Edelman out for the first quarter of the year!). And they've come damn close fielding squads that were just as (conservatively speaking) banged up as that 2020 Chiefs team.

Even without Edelman in SB 52 and the notorious Butler benching, I maintain that had Hightower been healthy, it would have been enough. But yeah, if Jules and Gronk were healthy, there's a damn solid case to be made that, with a bit of luck, they'd have made it to anywhere from 5 straight to 8 straight SBs.

Do we really have to adopt the middle school practice of using "gay" as a pejorative , as an insult? Not looking for an argument and, no, I am not a liberal, let alone a wokester, and I oppose essentially all suppression of speech (I'm a libertarian), but surely this a matter worthy of some reflection, at least.
