OT: Official 2020 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Bucs front 7 is pretty nasty. It's hard to tell if their secondary is actually good or just a product of QBs who can't throw downfield.
Winfield already looks great. Their corners look pretty good but are young. I do think that front 7 helps a lot though. They have speed and brawn. Reminds me a lot of the 2015 Broncos.

Defensive rankings among the likely division leaders:

Bucs

308.0 YPG (5th)
20.3 PPG (8th)
2.9 YPC against (2nd)
77.6 passer rating allowed (6th)

Seahawks

497.3 YPG (32nd)
28.7 PPG (22nd)
3.0 YPC against (3rd)
95.6 passer rating allowed (17th)

Packers

362.0 YPG (14th)
28.3 PPG (21st)
5.5 YPC against (29th)
113.4 passer rating allowed (30th)

Cowboys

404.7 YPG (25th)
32.3 PPG (30th)
3.8 YPC against (10th)
114.1 passer rating allowed (31st)
This is what I thought. Bucs are head and shoulders above everyone else. Do you have the stats for the niners?

I don't understand this post at all. Not being a smart @ss, I really don't understand what you're trying to say.
Yeah I am not sure what he is talking about. Apparently "rights" were handed out to certain posters of different mindsets and I missed the memo.

I'm thinking I did too. lol

Nobody wanted the Pats to lose. You just had to invent a narrative or a group of non existent people to support your imbecilic takes.

Tony, with all due respect, I'm not-so-sure this is true.

It's a double-edged sword and it cuts both ways: Just like there are some Patriots' fans who want to see Tom fail, likewise, I'm sure there are so-called Patriots' fans who feel more committed to Tom and want to see the Pats fail in his absence.

I've seen a handful of posts by a certain someone that indicate exactly what I'm describing.

The irrational bitterness cuts both directions.

Lavonte David was a draft forum favorite in 2012. Let’s just say the selection of Tavon Wilson over him didn’t go over too well.....
Yeah I absolutely loved him at Nebraska. Met him down in Tampa and he was an extremely cool and quiet guy to boot. I will always root for him to play well.

Yeah, it's very easy to ignore a thread, yet they don't seem to be able to do that. It's almost as if they're completely full of ****.

Don't see you contributing much to anything Pats related these days. And you broke your promise of leaving the forum once Brady left. ..

Is that guy still talking about me? Rent. Free. LMfnAO.

No hate or bitterness on my end. Saying Brady sucked and had a bad attitude last year isn't "hating". He really did suck and had a bad attitude last year. Those are facts. If someone doesn't like facts then the problem is theirs not mine.

Oh and there abso-freaking-lutely were Belichick haters who took delight in thinking this team would fail without Tom and still do. Even "Pats fans" who would cheer for Tom's team over the Patriots if they ever met in a SB.

Anyway - it's all good now. Both sides seem to be happy with their fresh starts and that's what you call a win-win.

You're clowning yourself, yet again. Ian really should fix the software so that calliope music is played every time someone reads one of your posts.

I said I didn't know exactly when, and I'm mostly posting on Brady/Pats stuff, with few non-related posts beyond that. It's obvious, even to you, that I'm posting much less. How the hell do you not see the silliness of your post, when you could just read your first sentence for better comprehension?

And why is your ignore still not working, even with all the work Ian put in on upgrading the software?

I've seen discussions revolving around who was more responsible for the twenty years of success and have seen predictions of how one or the other would do without each other but haven't seen anyone hope the Pats would fail.

Anyway I'm basically just trolling a troll.

Sorry Florida, boy. You should be following your home town team, the Bucs. Let us northerners follow the Pats.

I bet you're happy Lebron is in the finals again. Did you buy tickets and a signed jersey?

Kind of a stupid post, considering the NBA isn't even allowing fans to buy tickets, but as usual you didn't think your post through...

And I really could care less about the NBA...

It's "couldn't care less" but anyways who is your favorite NBA team? Whatever one Lebron is on in any given year?

Says the guy who roots for a baseball team all the way down in DC.

What part of "I don't care about the NBA" do you not understand?

Just like a lot of folks who moved here from other baseball towns...the city is full of fans from out of town who've adopted the Nats.
