That is where he and Gisselle look to be going to retire. And Ross was offering him a piece of the ownership after he retires.

If Brady did end up signing with the Dolphins, that would have been another issue since that would be cheating too if they were offering him an ownership stake which would be a salary cap violation.

A lot of speculation in this thread. We have no idea how much time Brady spent talking to anyone in the Dolphins organization in 2019. They were pursuing him but he may have been saying he'll decide later. We don't know. At the end of the day he chose Tampa Bay so whatever those talks were between him and the Dolphins obviously didn't go to far.

Brady isn't a team. There's no rule against a player tampering.

It’s not an issue for players, just like how in the NBA the players will plan out rosters amongst themselves years in advance.
