Wonder where he’ll be drafted?

He was pretty bad when he went back to the Panthers. Not sure his personality is being a backup.

Even if he's right he's never going to be top ten again and never going to even be top twenty but there might be a few he's still better than but those guys are likely still young with some sort of upside still and even those guys probably passed him already.

He's right there's not 32 better than him there's more now

Remember when Boston sports media prefaced every discussion regarding Newton's horrific passing with the obligatory "Great guy, fantastic leader" before mildly critiquing his bounce passes.
It was as if a regional memo had been issued to the entire New England mediot cartel, and many posters here fell in line as well.
Fascinating times

Yea. He has value as a backup to a young QB and even then it needs to be the right situation.

That's it.

Why not? Good for him. In other professions, this would be called persistence and commitment. Probably not good for electrician or high rise window washer, but for most, it is fine.

Cam is going to look like a prototype NFL QB, his decision to not use receivers was brilliant.

There are 32 (expletives) better than him. I like the guy, but I don't want him as QB of my team.

Why would you even want him as a backup?

Has he used up all his College Eligibility yet? Maybe Auburn are interested.

If you use him routinely in games, with a change of pace offense, the opposing defenses have to prepare for it every week. You only have to prepare it once. So there's that.

Plus, he's a breath of fresh air in an otherwise oppressively traditional culture of football that narrowly defines what a player looks like and how one acts. He's the opposite of all traditional American toxic masculinity that enables racism, classicism, misogyny, and destructive industrial capitalism.

I’m hoping this was sarcasm
