wow.. Brissett is a beast after that hit... and Gost is back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brissett.

What a great way to go into the season. They were all actually into it, that bodes well for them as a team.

Which is why I didn't use Edelman as a comp. I used Amendola:

Player A: 6'0, 202, 4.62 40, 2.62 20, 1.60 10, 33.5" vert, 9'08" broad jump, 4.07 shuttle, 6.70 3 cone -- assume the shuttle, broad jump and 3 cone are a bit generous since they're pro days rather than combine

Player B: 5'10, 183, 4.58 40, 2.67 20, 1.56 10, 31.5" vert, 8'07" broad jump, 4.25 shuttle, 6.81 3 cone.

A is Carr, B is Amendola. When you consider that Amendola has certainly lost a step (at least) since 2013, I think it's reasonable to say that Austin Carr has him at least matched in quickness and has a considerable advantage in size. That's not to say he's the better player, because experience does count for quite a bit, but Carr's a lottery ticket worth buying.

Lucien doesn't do any one thing well enough to suggest he's better than Chris Harper, based on what I've seen. A couple years ago, people here were saying all the same things about Harper that they're saying about Lucien now, and for all the same reasons. But look at Harper now: he's WR4 (at best) on the worst receiver corps that any NFL team has fielded in the last decade.

Lucien is good enough to be a serviceable deep threat against guys who will be selling insurance this time next month. Put him against NFL corners and he doesn't get that step, because the main reason he got it in the first place was because he was going against a guy who's a step too slow to make it in his own right.

Lucien does more things than Carr, but he doesn't do anything as well as what Carr does best.

Lucien was drafted. He produced good numbers at a big school including a 1000 yard season. Harper had nowhere near the production.

Idk, he didn't get that 55 yarder perfectly down the middle. Maybe the Patriots should bring in competition for him because obviously Ghost is terrible.
Plus he kicked it against the backups!

I saw #33 out there and was wondering why Dion Lewis was playing defense. Lol.
