Of course Crosby had something to do with Moses' poor grade here.

The funny thing is so many people thought Bradbury may be the weakest link on the o-line.

I'll give Moses a mulligan just because he was rusty and going up against Crosby. He has a much easier assignment next week going up against Bradley Chubb who is coming off of a season long injury last year.

We really dont know what we have on defense. What does it look like when CBs and FSs arent left on an island?

The coaches honestly don't believe they can be all blitz all the time, do they?

So, we just dont know how the D is going to look. They looked awful today but that's because of the way the DC called the game.

Maybe they were unaware that Bowers and Jakobi are great people to throw to when you have hot reads?

but they won......

Was it because of or despite Nix? I give the Broncos defense and running game most of that win. The Titans had 133 total yards on offense today. The Broncos rushed for 151 yards vs. 166 total yards in the air.

You cannot say that Bo Nix won and Drake Maye lost today to make the argument that Nix is good QB and Maye sucks without looking at what happened. Nix turned over the ball more than Maye and passed for less yards.

What I don't understand is with the blitzes coming in second half, why not try some screens or just for the f*ck, some deep bombs to see if you can Flacco it and get some PIs?

McDaniels has lost his mind

Defense looked like crap in the first half?
Gave up an opening TD, then zero pts the rest of the half.
LV coaches adjusted at half, we did not. You honestly think coaching shouldn't share the blame on that?
LV started crowding the LOS and blitzing in the second half, did you see our O adjust and call some blitz killers, likes screens?
Of course the players play, but if you don't think coaching can impact the game, especially a lack of adjustments, then I'm not sure what game you've been watching.
yep gave up a stupid TD, with litterialy no defense, catch and run. like no one was on the field.
Yeh players play, they didnt even show up in the second half, looked like high school. sorry but having some balls counts. even if play calling sucks.
LOS come on plenty of plays Drake just didnt see them
Be prepared for an unfortunate season. Hope I am wrong.

They rushed for 151 because of the threat that Bo Nix is

Wtf?

Did you forget that Reggie Wayne was drafted in 2003 and that Faulk was on the GSOT on turf in 1999 when they won the Super Bowl? Dwight Freeney was drafted in 2002.
Wayne was drafted in 2001.
Just going by AI for the question "who was on the Indianapolis Colts' roster in Peyton Manning's second NFL season".
At least I'll be on its good side when they inevitably become our overlords.
The AI is annoying as hell on Google. I always ignore it because it's wrong and then you can't trace where they got that bad information from.

Every week he doesn't play a game is a week where he was one of the worst CB's that week. Availability matters
Yes it does, and injuries happen. He could come back and never miss another game in his career. He could be a guy who is perpetually injured. He could be a guy who ends his career with a normal amount of games missed for an NFL career. Obv I want him out there, but to even talk about trading him right now is pretty ridiculous. He's on a rookie contract playing a position that gets paid if you're a top guy, it would be beyond inexcusable to trade him.

I was never a big fan of McDaniels, other than Brady, he's a fkn MASSIVE FAILURE.
Today Maye looked like a fkn clown, and I'm a little concerned.
Former players on Denver and LV have said he's an arrogant prick and a terrible teacher. He acts like the QB can do what Tom Brady can do. This is why you see a lot of so called "guru's" struggle when they leave the nest.

Maye was awful and the sad reality is this team is only gonna be as good as he is. But the coaches needed to adjust and didn’t, that’s on them.
All in all, very disappointed with the players and coaches. I never thought they would be Super Bowl contenders but this? This was just too awful.

I wanted the Patriots to get an OC who's offense was to Maye's strengths rather than trying to tailor McDaniels' offense to suit Maye, but I disagree with you. He was successful running the Patriots' offense in 2020 with a washed up Cam Newton and 2021 with a rookie Mac Jones.

McDaniels is a good OC, but a horrible head coach. Two different roles. People who excel at a coordinator position can fail miserably as a head coach. McDaniels is a guy like that.

I wouldn't assume Maye was bad until we hear more. The pick was not his fault, he got hit as he threw. He sailed one early on, big deal. He mostly had trouble finding open receivers, which might have been his fault but maybe not.
I don't think it is that simple. Maye didnt set his line correctly at times, had a delay of game penalty, threw into double and triple teams, stared at his primary reciever, had poor footwork at times, etc. Not sure what you mean by "until we hear more". Maye has a lot to clean up and it will take some time, but he is only 22. Overall I thought Maye looked more "professional" meaning more composed, less reckless, and moving towards being in command of the whole play sequence. I am still hopeful, but realize that what we saw today is a progression of what we saw in preseason, so this will be a process.

We have to make a judgement on paying him or risking the 5th year at the end of this season.

The offense was absolutely atrocious in 2020. Who else remembers the random rugby plays inside the 10-15 yard line? That was embarrassing.

In 2021, the offense padded their stats against bad teams and were dead to rights by the time the last quarter of the season arrived where they played potential playoff teams. When the game went off script, they folded like a lawn chair.

The only reason McDaniels is back in the NFL is because Vrabel is doing him a solid.

I remember. I also remember that Cam couldn't throw the ball. Another great signing by BB.
