Do you honestly think teams aren't out there game planning to stop Taylor?Taylor, Pittman and Nelson.. Nelson and Taylor are definitely sure fire all pros at thier positions. Pittman is a good wr. Everything is predicated off the running game. The question will be when a team dedicates ls thier defense to stopping Taylor what happens then..
If you watched the Colts-Chargers game, the Chargers spent most of the first half trying desperately to contain Taylor. Jones responded by picking them apart in the middle distances using his receivers.
That's why that offense is so good. There's no easy way to contain them. Jones counters any effort to stack the box with quick accurate passes. Taylor counters any effort to block Jones by finding gaps in the middle. And if the receivers are having a bad day, there's still the one all-pro level player on offense that you DIDN'T mention, their elite rookie TE, Tyler Warren.
This Colts offense might be the most complete offense I've ever seen in my 2+ decades of watching the NFL. It is legitimately elite.
