Brady had 7 carries for 6 yards ... seems weird typing it.
Oh and 2 TD's
Seems like a Jerome Bettis stat line late in his career.

*ROFLMAO* You accuse @shmessy of a "(fallacious) argument" then post that list as some kind of support for your stance? That list is nothing but a red herring. A majority of those players came to the team long before the season started.
Of those players, only Van Noy, Bennett, and Gordon joined the team after the season started. All 3 were trades. NONE of them came with the a Rape allegation or a Sexual Assault allegation. Let alone BOTH.
Of the others who were acquired long before the season started, only Dillon had a 5th degree domestic violence misdemeanor. That occurred in 2000, long before he came to the Patriots. I can remember it being reported that the Patriots specifically asked how things were going and he assured them that he and his wife were doing better. And Dillon kept his nose clean while with the Patriots.
Who stated that the Steelers were the most talented team in football during Brown's tenure? No one that I saw.
Who stated that Brown was the reason that they didn't win? No one. What was said is that Brown's numbers didn't help them win. You don't seem to understand the difference there.
The only people embarrassing themselves are you and TBR. Because neither of you can bother with facts, logic, reason, or this team's history under the current ownership.
Plus, he’s a guy who’s pushing 80 and hasn’t been married in 8 years, so I don’t place these “transgressions” on anything near the same level as a guy like Antonio Brown. What behavior is that? The bogus claims that he was soliciting a hand job? The amount of police impropriety that's been shown in that case is ridiculous..
before his last run on the last play of the game when the giants had clearly given up he was 21 for 60 for a HUGE 2.9 ypc
Amazing. Feed the beast
Is this an issue? I don’t think it’s a great look for him, but I don’t think he gives a damn. The organization is run well, and there’s a successor waiting in the wings who has likely been making more decisions than we’re aware of.Kraft has appeared to many to be publicly intoxicated on several occasions during his career.
It will be interesting to see how they approach this. I’m thinking that there’s a decent chance that sweaty Teddy Nugent may have some competition coming his way soon.
It would appear as though Sony had more consistency last season as it pertains to picking up 3 and 4 yards a carry, but perhaps I am wrong. You realize that's how it ALWAYS is for running backs, right? Like, at the end of the year, IF you take out their breakaway runs, they look, you know, rather ordinary? or is it just that the only thing you see of other running backs are highlights, and so believe somehow that's their every wiggle and jiggle?
I don’t remember who it was but I think they had a workout with another kicker a couple/few days ago. That could be something of a hint that they’re not entirely comfortable with Nugent (or Koo). Or, it could simply be due diligence. I suppose that we’ll find out soon enough. They already have Koo on the PS. Depending on whether or not they feel the missed kick was on Nugent or Bailey will be a factor in the decision. If they feel Nugent should have made it regardless of how the laces were, then Nugent is likely gone. They have 10 days to decide..

How much of that came on the final garbage time play? It was more like 21 carries for 65 yards.

So, so dumb. Because the Steelers didn’t win a Super Bowl, it must be a losing formula to have a Hall of Fame receiver go through a historically good stretch. Because it can’t be true that he increased their chances of winning a championship even though they didn’t win one, right?
He destroyed the chances of the most talented team in the NFL for a decade.
Direct quote from shmessy. Once again you don’t even know the facts about what you’re arguing about, who you’re defending, what you’re reinforcing. You’re not worth my time.
I remember Parcells, at the end of his first year as the Pats head coach (1994), saying that running back Marion Butts led the league in one yard gains from the line of scrimmage.Seems like a Jerome Bettis stat line late in his career.

Is there any realistic chance that they could give Koo a shot? Is that the guy who did well at Florida State and looked lost playing for the Chargers last year, or am I thinking of someone else?
So. You continue to prove that you don't understand what is being said. You make jackass assumptions and statements and you think everyone else is the issue. SMH..
You totally ignore that you just got destroyed on your "list of players that support my claim" BS.
Clearly reading comprehension IS a serious issue for you. Attacking someone for not having seen a post from a separate 2900 post thread just makes you a jackass. Especially when you were asked you WHO said it.. I stated I hadn't see his post specifically because it was in the GDT, which I didn't participate in.
You're the one not worth anyone's time. You regularly don't use facts. You regularly talk irrationally. When you actually post a rebuttal, it's full of red herrings and information not pertinent to the discussion. And when you're called out on that garbage, you pretend like it didn't happen. It's why you completely ignored the fact that I destroyed you putting up all those other names of people..
Are you talking about the initial workout that Nugent won? I’m aware of that one, but there was another one much more recently, like maybe Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t think there was more than one kicker who was brought in, though. At any rate, I’m sure they’ll get it figured out. Maybe Nugent stays. They worked out 5 kickers. The other one that was rumored to be in contention was Kai Forbath.

This is the guy I was referring to, on Tuesday:The first five: Forbath, Nugent, Elliot Fry, Matthew Wright, and Blair Walsh
The same day they tried out Koo, they also gave another tryout to Kicker Josh Gable, whom they had given a tryout to in 2017.. Gable is interesting because he has HUGE leg strength.. He's supposedly made 80 yard kicks in practice.. I'd have loved to have been a fly on the wall for his workouts for the Pats to see what he is doing wrong that they didn't sign him..
On a night where several Patriots players were banged up, the injuries to LaCosse and Johnson left New England without a fullback and just a lone healthy tight end. That forced New England to use different variations of “11” personnel for the remainder of the game, which stands for one running back, one tight end and three wide receivers.
“Got kind of forced into one grouping there in the second half. I don’t think that’s ever happened in 20 years,” quarterback Tom Brady said.
