GOD. You are f'in ignorant. You claim to have followed this team for how long? Ever since Kraft purchased the team, the Patriots have had a NO TOLERANCE policy for Rape, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. That stems from the philanthropic work that Myra Kraft was known for.

The Patriots CUT 5th round pick Christian Peter just weeks after drafting him because of a rape accusation.

The Patriots CUT Swing Tackle Kenyatta Jones for throwing boiling water on his roommate.

The Patriot CUT Willie Andrews for assaulting his GF, being arrested with dope, and having an illegal weapon.

The Patriots CUT Danny Baugher because he had a drunken brawl with his father.

YES. You do cut a guy who flat out lied to you by not telling you of the accusations PRIOR to his signing the contract. Yes, you DO cut him when you tell him NOT to have contact with either of the women and he turns around and shows that he's either been stalking her or having friends stalk her by sending pictures of the woman's family to her.

And no. WR wasn't a position of need at the time. Contrary to your ignorant post.
They gave him that contract because they didn't know about the rape allegation and sexual assault allegation. Kraft flat out said the contract would never have been offered had Brown told them the truth.

Brown flat out LIED by Omission to the Patriots to get that Contract because he had already been in settlement talks with the 1st woman.

Facts really aren't your friend there, chumly
No. There's something called an NDA that was signed months prior.

Once again, nice to see you abide by guilty until proven innocent. Especially in this day & age where false accusations are made more than ever.

Gotta love how you make your asinine assumption. I'm telling your ignorant ass how Kraft has run the team for 25 years. That has nothing to do with what I abide by.

Next, please provide proof that Brown had signed an NDA months ago. I say this because with the Boston media, it would have been plastered all over the place that Brown had signed an NDA and that is why he couldn't tell his future employers.

EDIT: BTW. Please explain how Brown got pictures of the 2nd accusers kids and sent them to her when they'd only ever met once and her kids weren't with her.

BTW, if you'd been paying attention, the "How many rings" was in reference to the fact that ABs great numbers didn't translate into helping his team win it all. In fact, 3 out of the 4 years where AB was a primary receiver, they went 1 and done. DESPITE his gawdy numbers..

Well aware of the (fallacious) argument he is trying to make, and embarrassing himself along the way.

How many rings did Stephon Gilmore, Corey Dillon, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, Mike Vrabel, Kyle Van Noy, Junior Seau, Rodney Harrison. Darrelle Revis. Martellus Bennett, Dion Lewis, James Develin, Josh Gordon, Danny Amendola, and Chris Hogan win with their former teams?

It’s fine to disagree and say you’re glad Brown is not on the team, that the Patriots made the right decision, etc. While I don’t see eye to eye on that, I can respect the other viewpoint.

But to state as fact (a) the Steelers were the most talented team in football during Brown’s tenure, which is a singular opinion that I’ve never heard before because it’s such a stretch and (b) that Brown was the reason they didn’t win a Super Bowl, despite a Hall of Fame career, that’s just flat out dishonest and a terrible look; it’s desperate. I would have a lot more respect to see an acknowledgment that this argument is beyond ridiculous.

Yup. Coming in to this game Brady had -3yd for the season and was back down to exactly 1000yd on his career (both per PFR). Hence going into power back scoring mode. :D

Instagram. Way to continue revealing yourself as uninformed.

I'm late but yikes, I just looked at Rodney Harrison's speech on Youtube and Kraft was having difficulty making a speech. It was honestly painful to watch. It's time for Robert to take a step back and let Jonathan take full control over the franchise.

Wow, it's almost like Antonio Brown played with Big Ben/Pittsburgh Steelers/Tomlin and not the New England Patriots/Brady/Belichick.

Yet the patriots traded for Corey Dillon in 04 after he was arrested for beating his wife in 00

we could’ve used Demariyus Thomas tonight.

*ROFLMAO* You accuse @shmessy of a "(fallacious) argument" then post that list as some kind of support for your stance? That list is nothing but a red herring. A majority of those players came to the team long before the season started.

Of those players, only Van Noy, Bennett, and Gordon joined the team after the season started. All 3 were trades. NONE of them came with the a Rape allegation or a Sexual Assault allegation. Let alone BOTH.

Of the others who were acquired long before the season started, only Dillon had a 5th degree domestic violence misdemeanor. That occurred in 2000, long before he came to the Patriots. I can remember it being reported that the Patriots specifically asked how things were going and he assured them that he and his wife were doing better. And Dillon kept his nose clean while with the Patriots.

Who stated that the Steelers were the most talented team in football during Brown's tenure? No one that I saw.

Who stated that Brown was the reason that they didn't win? No one. What was said is that Brown's numbers didn't help them win. You don't seem to understand the difference there.

The only people embarrassing themselves are you and TBR. Because neither of you can bother with facts, logic, reason, or this team's history under the current ownership.

5th degree misdemeanor. He and his wife got counseling. He owned up to it prior to the Pats trading for him. Helps to put it in context instead of pretending like he tried to hide it from the Patriots. Like Brown did.

And what would Myra Kraft think of Bob Kraft's behavior? I suspect she would cut him if she knew.

Wow, it's almost like Antonio Brown played with Big Ben/Pittsburgh Steelers/Tomlin and not the New England Patriots/Brady/Belichick.

So, are you saying that Brown didn't have other players and a good team around him?
Do you need to be reminded who the other WRs and RBs are that they've had during Brown's time there?

You're flailing worse than an octopus tentacle that's been cut off. It's truly pathetic.

The Laces weren't out on the missed FG. Bailey didn't get the ball around enough from the looks of it..

Laces should be facing the intended destination, I believe. For that missed kick the laces were pointing, largely, left. I assume left facing laces will pull the kick left (wind direction not withstanding). Nugent's kick hit the left upright.
IF all that is correct (I'm a switch and router guy-so obviously I'm an expert at FG kicking :) ), then if the laces were facing the intended destination, as they should have been, the FG would have been good. IMHO it isn't ideal FG kicker situation but Nugent has been good enough so far to stay.

Shut out to Brandon Bolden as well as J Meyers and Gunner. The O weapons are getting thin and these unheralded players pitched in when needed. And how about Sony out catching passes! :)

I see that the gift of Antonio Brown continues to bring us all together.

And what would Myra Kraft think of Bob Kraft's behavior? I suspect she would cut him if she knew.

What behavior is that? The bogus claims that he was soliciting a hand job? The amount of police impropriety that's been shown in that case is ridiculous..

It will be interesting to see how they approach this. I’m thinking that there’s a decent chance that sweaty Teddy Nugent may have some competition coming his way soon.

Kraft has appeared to many to be publicly intoxicated on several occasions during his career.
