With game day promotions PS is not only about developmental players but yes in this case I tend to agree with you based on where we are as a team that should be priority 1 on our PS.

With our roster it should only be about development. The best practice squad in the NFL with veteran players to move up on game day might make the difference between 2-15 and 3-14 so I’ll take the shot at using it to develop players.

Hope Reagor makes it to the PS,

why? An old player who couldn’t cut it in 3 stops and is considered the 8th best WR on a WR challenged roster doesn’t have any value.

I think this is right. I think people here were expecting them to find a starter to replace Lowe at LT and the Pats were looking for someone with upside who can hopefully be a backup.

Who the heck is the kick returner? Reagor is cut, Wallis isn't coming back to the PS... Reagor could theoretically sign to the PS but he'd need to be called up to handle the duty, and can only do that so many times.

Probably Marcus Jones or they’re resigning Dan Connolly out of retirement…he’s probably still better than most of OL right now lol!

Well it could also be the difference between having a OL or KR to call up on game day and wind up getting someone that matters killed.

Yes developmental players on the PS mean even more right now but you also need to still take advantage of the promotion rules as needed.

I didn’t expect 10 empty PS spots today. Even if they’re saving 4 spots for today’s 4 cuts (hopefully), it seems that they have bigger plans for the other 6 spots than just bringing back 6 more of yesterday’s cuts.
