Out of curiosity, what else might the issue(s) be, in your opinion? For example, I always have said his broadcaster ambition makes no sense, something that would take him away from home for days on a regular basis.

My honest opinion is that she is tired of always coming in as second priority to both football and possibly any other ventures that he throws him self into into the offseason. I’ve seen way too many interviews of her wryly making reference to knowing she’s second to his first love of football to believe otherwise. This could include family life or any other ventures that she would like to do that might require him to be more present with his family. When he was a Patriot, she relocated herself to Boston and set up a life even though I suspect she truly disliked it there. I struggle to think of a single thing he has done to accommodate her. Moving to Tampa, possibly? But let’s not pretend that wasn’t mostly for him as well.

He might want to but I can’t believe he'll be able to play at a high level for more than 1 year. Nobody wants to see a mediocre Brady in 2 or 3 years, most of all the man himself.

I had a rotator cuff tear that was considered minor. I couldn't raise my arm above my head. Took 3 months of PT to get to 80%. I'm not a professional athlete though, so who knows how that affects him considering he played a whole season with a torn mcl.
