Is Pete Carroll an amazing coach who needed change ala BB in CLE or is he just being overrated?

He is doing good in SEA but the way they make it seem he just needed to wait for the 2001 NE defense to break out, I don't get it?

His Jerry Garcia routine didn't fly well in New England. I think he would of done well here but he's just a better fit for Seattle, like Belichick is a great fit in New England.

I expect he'll be there for the long haul.

It's so annoying we didn't win that Seattle game. We were so close and could have. I'd love if it every time they talked about the QBs he'd beaten, they'd have to exclude Brady and the Pats.

Bugs me every time they mention it. That game was so winnable

Pete wasn't nearly as bad in NE as he was made out to be.

He was definitely a lot greener back then and maybe just wasn't the right guy at the right time for that team. Also had a very tough act to follow in Parcells.
