You just don't understand.
Take it easy, racist
Your facts are wrong.
The % of black HCs has very closely mirrored the % of black population in America.
What would indicate that a higher % of black people wish to be football coaches? Why would nfl players be considered the yardstick when many coaches both black and white never played in the NFL?
No on military brats.
Yes on Asian immigration .
Yes on poor white and black communities. Two of my favorites are Hillbilly Elegy and Black Rednecks and White Liberals.
What society didn't live as hunter-gatherers, and what piece of land hasn't been savaged by invaders? Dumbest take I've ever heard on the topic.
Quick question...wasn't there a persecuted (savaged to use your word) group in Europe some time during the 30's and 40's that was forced from their lands (and worse)? I know some of them relocated and settled here....I wonder how they're doing. If I use your logic, I have to assume they must be barely getting by--->Either that, or they're some of the most successful people in our country.
And the White Anglo Saxon Protestant did most of the savaging
I’m very successful....very lucky too...I took advantage of situations very few people get....but those that did cross the demographic spectrum .... your bigotry will never allow you to comprehend that
That’s ok......I know you don’t know any better
You don't have a very good understanding of history, do you? The "savaging" has been done by every group throughout all of history.
Quick question...during the period of the Atlantic slave trade, which western country took in the most slaves by a significant margin (this country also abolished the institution last in the west as well)?
Hint: It wasn't the ugly WASPs of the United States.
2nd Question...why does The Marines' Hymn contain the line, "To the shores of Tripoli"?
You have no idea what you're talking about.
Nah. The article wasn’t partisan, you were wrong, that’s pretty much all there is to it.
Are you saying that you're post-fact or anti-fact?
Or maybe these days subjectivity gets peddled as facticity and we shouldn't claim our opinions constitute anything but our opinions.
You can’t even ask the right questions.....move along
I don't believe IllegalContact had such nuanced and enlightened positions back in the old political forum. A lot has changed since then.
In my opinion, the percent of blacks playing isn’t and shouldn’t be a factor in how many coaches are black.
Obviously Caucasian coaches outnumber black coaches exponentially because there are exponentially more Caucasian coaches in this country.
What other business looks at the race of their employees to determine the race of its managers?
Identity politics is horrible at all levels. Why people look at the world that way baffles me.
Oh well, she’ll get over it
These discussions are only good when no one insults another.
Insults = Ignorance
I got sober 30 years ago cupcake
Why do you use insults so often? Day after day you insult members on this board as if it’s acceptable
I guess I’m a more respectful person than you
You joined this board because you’re a football fan...end of story
I believe the answer to his point is “parenting” explains the difference in achievement
Even within poorer families, those with good parents outperform their peers
I’m saying facts are facts and opinions are not right or wrong but an opinion that is a conclusion based upon incorrect facts is wrong.
Belichick has won the most SBs is a fact. It’s either right or wrong.
Belichick is the GOAT is an opinion. You can agree or disagree but it’s not right or wrong.
Belichick isn’t the GOAT because he hasn’t won the most SBs is an opinion based upon incorrect facts.
It would be great to dig up that forum......my opinion on this topic has not changed.... in fact, I don't think I've changed on any topic.......though doing so isn't necessarily a bad thing....I bailed on the GOP when the tea party/freedom caucus showed up
