The proposal was bad but the reality - the problem is worse. We're talking about a few slots in the 3rd round vs people being ignored bc of their race. Yea, that's a lot worse than picking 83 as opposed to 80 or we.

Back to original reply ... This really needed to be explained to you?? Blacks obviously want to HC, GM. Obviously are qualified and obviously being ignored. If they weren't we'd see something that better reflects reality.

The % of black HCs has very closely mirrored the % of black population in America.
What would indicate that a higher % of black people wish to be football coaches? Why would nfl players be considered the yardstick when many coaches both black and white never played in the NFL?

Quick question...wasn't there a persecuted (savaged to use your word) group in Europe some time during the 30's and 40's that was forced from their lands (and worse)? I know some of them relocated and settled here....I wonder how they're doing. In my opinion, the percent of blacks playing isn’t and shouldn’t be a factor in how many coaches are black.

Obviously Caucasian coaches outnumber black coaches exponentially because there are exponentially more Caucasian coaches in this country.

What other business looks at the race of their employees to determine the race of its managers?

I mentioned that 75% of the minority kids being born here were coming in without fathers. One woman started to dispute my number and when I told her it was real she broke down crying at my insensitivity.
