My guess, based on what's been reported, the video and personal experience is she was not assaulted. Anyone thinking Zeke did something wrong has probably never been to Bourbon Street or any similar situation like a (fun) St Patty's Day parade.

That probably wasn't even the only time she flashed. That's probably just when the guys down below noticed what was happening and then began recording. Zeke and her knew guys were recording, rooting them on and the guys wanted her to do it again. Now she, in an attempt to hook up with a millionaire star RB, used the situation to flirt with Zeke.

If I'm right about what the situation was, I would absolutely have done the same thing myself. Now maybe Zeke shouldn't have done it because of who he is, but I'm not gonna hate on the guy.

Again, if I'm wrong and he assaulted that woman, he should be charged. Don't think that's the case though.

A video obtained by TMZ shows the rookie phenom reportedly at a recent party on the roof of a Dallas bar watching a St. Patty’s parade. The woman is seen motioning at her breasts before pointing at Elliott, who then reached to tug down her top. She recoils and tries to cover up the nudity.

A second video, later furnished by TMZ, reportedly from minutes after the first incident, shows the same woman slapping Elliott’s hand away from her cleavage before she reveals her chest to the street.

A rep for Elliott claimed to TMZ the woman wasn’t bothered by the incident and continued to party with the 21-year-old Elliott and his friends after the parade. The woman’s version of events is not included in the report.
