Do you want to see Josh McDaniels become Green Bay's HC?

I had no doubt he was gone, but I am surprised they did it with 4 games left.

It makes sense to me. Get a new coach confirmed early before other teams get to compete. Then let the new coach inform current staff and players who will return or have to find new jobs. Get ready for draft.

Rodgers is 35 years old, and he relies on his mobility to make a lot of his plays. I would hope that any interested coach would think long and hard about what that's likely to mean moving forward.

I don't know how anyone turns down that job. You see teams change coaches so quickly before having a chance. GB rarely changes coaches. Just 14 in nearly 100 years. Great fan base. Great QB.

I hope they don't offer it to Josh.
Green Bay had Favre and Rodgers back-to-back. Whoever takes that job is going to likely see Rodgers retire with no replacement waiting in the wings. If you're looking to do a rebuild, I guess that makes the job attractive; otherwise, I'm not sure Green Bay is looking that rosy.

If I were an NFL head coach candidate, I'd avoid the Green Bay job like the plague, unless I got a deal something like Gruden got in Oakland.

Who, by the way, is playing this season on a bum knee. Who knows what actual damage has been done to it?

I don’t think McDaniels is going anywhere, not that it will stop the chatter for the next couple of months.

The chatter is orchestrated too, Supa. The dyamed nattering nitwits on FESPN and the NFLN just blurt these azzhat "rumors" out like they're spitting up their cheap suds at the dive bar near their studio. They blab nonstop about every team of course, BUT, they only seem to bring up the Patriots when it's something that will negatively affect the team.Last night for instance..."Dakota Watson is MVP darkhorse!!!! Gaa Gaa Gaa!!!" Horseface and Classy sit there gushing platitudes about Watson like he's this major darkhorse MVP yet they ignore, and deliberately, the FACT that Brady's team BEAT Watson's, is also 9-3 and holds the tiebreaker...but Brady is some bum afterthought unmentionable to these ****in' loudmouth turds.

I watched the GB game yesterday and AR was bad- really bad. He missed many wide open guys, rushed plays, looked nervous the whole game. To me this about AR always relying on his crazy great athleticism to play the QB position. He’s never been a student of the game. He’s not methodical, patient with defenses. He rolls out and drops dimes. His arena style has been exciting in the NFL. But outside of that he’s not impressive. He’s a crap leader and by many accounts a crap teammate.

What is see this season is that ARs legs are going and going quick! All great QBs of the past will tell you, it’s rarely the arm or the mind that go first, it’s usually the legs that go first and when you rely on your legs like AR does... well you get this result! The decline in AR started way before 2018. Remember the 2016 season for AR? He’s been on the decline people. His best days are behind him.

Bottom line is AR, like all of us, gets older every year and he can’t run around with the speed and agility he used to- that he NEEDS TO! The guys lining up across from him are 23-25 years old and 300 lbs with more speed that he is having trouble navigating through. AR is not built to be a pocket passer - he’s a gun slinger. What you can say is that unlike Farve, AR seems to be less durable and it’s catching up to him a lot faster that Farve.

So no more blaming his coach week after week let’s place the issue firmly where it starts. AR will not magically be better with another coach. His legs are failing him. I honestly don’t think he has much more left. 2 maybe 3 seasons...?

He must have loved 1992.

Of course he probably got pissed off at the 10 minute wait to check in for his massage weekend out in the Berkshires

It was kinda the turning point. Thanks to 92 we got Drew and Tuna. And sorta Kraft if you want to go through some crazy web of connections.

If he’s offered the Browns job I think he takes it. That team is young and very talented.
